Went in today for a pedicure wich they did a good job. They have great customer service. The place is always clean.

It was a old lady who made this, first she never use gloves 🤢 and she put the gel like a 5 years old girl, she was trying to make it fast or I don’t know but this work is not what a client want!

It was a good first time the people were really nice but the fire looks a little funky and so does the checkered nail.

The wait is so crazy and they get the times so wrong.

Waited here for an hour without even being helped. Got a pedicure, after waiting for an hour. They said 30 minutes. I sat in the chair waiting for an hour. Definitely no tip. Hire more workers. Only came here because Nova nail salon was closed. Don’t recommend to anybody.

Accompanied my wife to get her nails refilled, there was only 2 people, we were first on the list, waited patiently for about an hour and the person after us was attended before us and they were there for no more than 10mins! Talk about customer service, never again. Highly wouldnt recommend to anyone.

Was greeted as soon as I walked in clean place great prices just wish they did piercing and microblading I didnt see if they had that nor did I get an opportunity to ask very sanitary and clean lady was very nice OTHER THING THEY NEED TO OFFER IS A STAMP CARD IF CUSTOMER GET LIKE 20 SERVICES DONE THEY GET A PEDICURE OR MANICURE DONE FOR FREE IT WOULD BRING MORE CUSTOMERS BACK IN ITS IN GREAT LOCATION AS WELL NEXT TO WALMART AND BY PLACES TO EAT CANT BEAT THAT LADIES AND MEN GET YOUR SHOPPING ON AND GET YOUR SERVICES DONE AS WELL IN SAME AREA PLUS LUNCH OH YEAH

The people here are really nice and the service was great!

This visit was the worst poor customer service all they want to do is minimum and as fast as they can. But the one thing I can’t stand is if you want to learn English you should try talking to your customers more and practicing would bring a welcome feeling to your establishment I have traveled for years to Bakersfield and it’s ashamed to say I will continue to do so Delano deserves better than that!!!

This place is horrible!! They didnt even do the nails somewhat like the ones i asked for 😑. I showed them a picture with ombre nails and i walked out with only red nails ✌✌. The employees were nice but only before we payed then became really rude after when we were drying our nails post painting. They also had us waiting FOREVER and there were over 5 workers 😕😕. They also pick and choose prices depending on the person...

Horrible service, there was only 2 people waiting, myself and another person and i was there first patiently waiting for an hour but the 2nd person before me not there long was seen first. I got up and left. Never going here again ! ! !

Not a recommended place to come. You walk in and they tell you its only a 30 min wait and you end up waiting for 2 hours. They tell you to take a seat, you thinking they are going to work on you and you wait another 30 to 40 min. They have no social interaction with customers, very poor customer service and unprofessional. They need to hire more people ASAP!!!

I waited over an hour and my nails chipped 3 days later! The rest fell off a few days later. Complete waste of time and money! I wont be going there ever again!

Clean shop. Left nail polish on my fingers.

Terrible customer service. Asked if the could make the water hotter and they looked and talked in their language as if they did not understand. Added more cold water instead. Refused to dump some oh the water so that hot water could be added. Needless to say, I left.

Went in to get eyelash extensions for first time she said okay 1 hour so I waited 1 hour then I see that shes doing more nails and I ask her and then she says oh 40 more mins and I told her that I was next and she said oh its because shes in a rush and we should all have rights because I was in a rush to and it was my turn waited 2 hours for nothing.
