Quiet, clean and staff seems to have really good energy.

This is clearly a beginner gym. I just signed up to get in shape since the new year is coming and I wanted to beat the New Years crowd. It’s still pretty empty inside and feels a little dead. Their staff is nice but pretty low energy, I like to be greeted at a gym, like I’m walking into a sushi restaurant. I get that it’s a losing weight gym mostly, but they could use more strength equipment. Layouts terrible and strength machines are poorly hidden in the back. But other than that, they price is good, and it’s clean as hell. best part of this gym, is that I don’t feel ashamed when I lug my soon to be gone, fat but in.

Read your contact, and if in Delano you better make sure they abide buy it, because not once but twice they charged my account, when they were not suppose too, resulting in making me over-drawn. Thanks planet fitness-

Definitely the only gym in town with a vast majority of equipments I need to get my workout on.

I used to have the premium membership but I have downgraded to the basic. Triceps pull down ropes look like they have been chewed on by dogs. I have even taken up to the front and said really you expect us to use this. The next day it was back. I bought my own.The mats are becoming disgusting. When machines breakdown, you might as well have a funeral for them. I will say that some benches were replaced. Oh, I was yelled at by a little teenager. Since I had to purchase my own items, I had to downgrade.

Great energy, equipment, and lots of resources.

Wished they were more on top of the cleaning and wipe down on machines right now due to the pandemic but overall it’s adequate.

This is a great place to enjoy your work out with out any obstacles.

This gym is a cardio gym, the free weights only go to 75 pounds, you are also limited in what workouts you can perform there; for example, no dead lifts, no dropping weights(no working till failure) no grunting. Some of these rules are understandable but the way these rules are enforced leaves a bad taste in your mouth, the staff is sometimes curt and unprofessional in the way the ask people to stop making noise.(not all staff, but a few).

This place is great ! Its clean ! The staff is nice and they have daily workouts for whatever you need may be! All tho it does get a bit crowded sometimes Google is very accurate on calculating when its the best time to go when it is not busy. This gym has everything you need for all your fitness needs. Oh and did I mention this gym also offers showers

Only 25 minutes from Tulare and 35 minutes from Visalia, making it the closest gym to get your workout on!

Gym area and locker rooms are clean for the most part. Workers are pretty chill and helpful. It does get packed with people at certain times during the day like the afternoon, and even night, but thats the worst thing I can say about this gym.

Really like this gym its extremely convenient and you cant beat the amenities. the equipment is always working and clean

I would give no stars if possible. I signed up for one month when I was moved to delano for the summer for work. I was very explicit in my request for ONE MONTH. The last day of the month I said goodbye and made sure everything was ok...I was told it was fine...Two month later I get a text about a bill, I called and they said I was totally fine. Then 10 months later I get another text, again was told I was fine again...BUT when I went in person to see how to get the text to stop I was told I owed $150! Management was no help at all....I had to call corporate and was able to get my bill down to $50....they are horrible and dont care about customers

Clean showers with curtains, very spacious, so much so I forgot my body wash soap on the toiletry holder. Showed up around 8pm and this place as packed to the brim. Theres also a 99 cent store near by for no random reason.

To me Planet Fitness, is the best out there, I have lost 13 pounds in 25 days working out. I am a truck driver and is so convenient to me to have in every state that I go a 24 hour gym open.

I love it. This gym isnt for people who want to get huge or have crazy muscles. Theres tons for machines for cardio. The locker rooms are great and the environment is super friendly. Definitely worth the price(depending on your fitness goals.

Had a quick stop for a refreshing hot shower on my way to San Francisco. Plenty of lockers and showers available.

Not recommended. If you want to cancel. Still charge due to 2 membership on system. They have several rules. $39 anual stay away ! Please read all the ultra-small contract letters before you sign.(added comment) if you are on contract and then you pregnant , they give you only 3 months??? of non payment and continue charge after. WTF?thi is not right i will call BBB for this situation.

Love going to workout at Planet Fitness. The gym is kept clean. The only complaint I have so far happened today. I was trying to adjust the leg machine in the 30 minute workout section. I was having a hard time adjusting the seat as there was no knob. As I was leaving I mentioned to the worker at desk that they needed to replace the knob because it was too hard to adjust the seat without a knob. She stated lots of knobs are missing and they are constantly replacing them and she had no idea if they would be replaced again. Well, if they are not keeping equipment maintained, maybe I need to go elsewhere for my workouts.

Its great, lots of machines so no one is fighting for them.

I frequent two locations. The one in Delano is way too small for the amount of people that go. Many machines are down and do not have signs posted that they are down. The Delano location needs to be bigger. There are so many treadmills that are not even being used and should be taken out to make space for machines that people actually use.

They have a lot to choose from, but some of the equipment/machines its hard to use. Its elegant and they have more.. a regular gym offers.

This is the first gym Ive been to that has an awareness of sanitation. Also this gym has an uplifting aura that motivates you to work your best!

Cant beat an all access pass for ten bucks a months.

First of all the staff is unprofessional,especially that Sam girl she always has an attitude everytime I go.So in May is when my contract ended,I never renewed it because one of the workers said I wouldnt have to pay & that itd just cancel itself so I could come as my bfs guest so we wouldnt have to pay for 2 memberships if mine was already going to end. So that Sam chick had the biggest attitude and said she couldnt let me in due to the fact that I had an overdue balance on a membership I no longer have. Mind you Ive been going as a guest with my bf since May and hasnt been brought up or a problem until now. Normally I wouldnt mind and it wouldnt be a problem,but this chick wasnt empathetic and was just very unprofessional and straight up rude.

Good way to exercise and lots of choices of what machines you want to use.

I actually go here when Im back from traveling. I highly recommend it and affordable cant beat the equipment and price beats any other gym . Tan rooms optional standing up or laying down and also the hydro massage beds water jet packs.

Every visit there is no employee at the front I have to call 2x so I can get time spa room.

I tried to join, but you need a to give them a checking account number. It just seems a little to risky for them to get my business.

The workers are nice and respectful

Staff is nice equipment well taken care of people are most to themselves which is a plus.
