The front desk staff needs more training with customer service while checking in patients. When I call during business hours often times no one picks up the phone. They really need to work on their phone etiquette also. Bad customer service is bad for business.

They are great doing their job.I know the girls at the front desk have good days and bad days. They just need to breathe.Got my meds. My asthma improving. No issues yet on my eczema.Im glad were in the red tier...

If I could give -1,000,000 stars i would!! This place is trash!! Dr. Radhay Bansal is by far THE WORST doctor there can be. There is much death is result from his lack of attention, his lack of care for the human race, his lack of having the will to do anything and everything clinically possible (as every doctor should do) to do what is needed to keep people well. You cant just look at someone and say oh youll be fine Dr. Bansal needs to give up being a doctor. Especially when he cant offer the best care clinically possible to ALL your patients.

Dr. Patel is my doctor and is always courteous and has a delightful personality.The wait is sometimes longer than I would like but when he takes extra time to listen to me, I know others are waiting for him also. Very pleasant office and very friendly staff. Especially the young receptionist Macaria, always has a beautiful smile on her face.

I sat for a couple of hours to see Dr. Henry for him to not even give me a diagnosis. X- Rays came back negative and he told me I have to strengthen my lower back by working it out. Never addressed the numbness I felt throughout my leg. I don’t recommend coming here.

Went in on the 18th with an appointment and waited an hour and then they forgot to order my prescription. Ive been calling for a week now to try and get it ordered and no one seems to know whats going on they just put me on hold and never come back. Called again today and they put me on hold to check waited 20 min and then they closed the lines. Called back and its 445pm and their office doesnt close till 530 and another person picked up and said sorry but they closed the lines try tomorrow. If it wasnt for the patient none of your staff would have a job, so I would try and treat them better before you all end up unemployed.

Dr. John Nunez is awesome always takes the time to listen when we go in, but its like pulling teeth to get a refill on prescriptions we call and get nowhere and get hung up on every time we call or we are on hold for a very long time theres times that it takes us all day of calling before we can get our prescription. they are very well staffed so I dont know why its so hard for someone to answer the phone and get those prescriptions filled.

Have waited over 2 hours. Even with appointment. Actual talk time with doctor lasts less than 5 minutes.

The staff is horrible and rude. They play favorites with patients. If they like u they have a room for u if not you sit and wait for hours. Im 2hrs in.

Incompetent practice all around- who knows how many people have suffered d/t neglicence on their part... youll pass away 2 times before you get anyone, when you finally do they dropped the ball and messed up whatever you needed.

Rude people and they dont check your vitals when youre sick
