I have been going here since August 2019 and did not like it here the nurses are impatient and rude. My son would go in for his shots and they dont let me know what ingredients are in it nor inform me what kind of side effects to look after not even the doctors. My son has gotten over weight and when I go in for check ups the doctor always shame me and make me feel so bad even tho Im trying to have him lose the weight... over all I seriously will NOT take my son here no more...

Customer Service is unorganized, and are not communicative I had scheduled an appointment once there they told me they are unable to see my daughter due to not accepting appointment for physicals they called on friday to confirm and that was not in the system. I took some time off work to come to this appointment. This could have been prevented if the receptionist knew about scheduling restrictions as a single mother and one source of income it is very difficult to take time off work. I will be changing physicians as soon as this pandemic is over.

Rude, if you don’t like your job and aren’t going to try and help the patient out why not just quit.

Horrible service. Doctors are good but the rest its just bad.

Their all unprofessional. They will call you 2 hours later after the time of your appointment. It happened to me 3 times!

Doctors are so professional and helpful.

So slow and takes forever to get an appointment
