Dental hygienist Tess was very welcoming and friendly. She kept asking if I was ok and thought that was really nice of her and she was also very informative.

The dentists, orthodontist and dental assistants are great. The front desk office staffer named Lupita was unprofessional and rude during my son’s appointment today. My son and I arrived at 1:50pm. We waited in line to check in. Lupita at front desk never checked anyone in. She was sitting there facing clients at her desk. Another front office staffer who was busy helping a client stopped to help check in a patient. Lupita still sat there. Katrina who is an office staffer came in from lunch and immediately began checking patients in. Lupita still was sitting there. My son and I were asked to wait outside. We waited for 5 mins in my car. It is currently 100 degrees today. My son got called to go in. I waited in my car with the AC running for another 35 mins. I decided to wait in the waiting room. There was a chair open. I sat down for about a minute then Lupita came over and asked if I was waiting for something. I told her I was waiting for my son. She stated I had to wait outside or in my car. I told her I had been waiting in my car, wasting my gas. She said they are “only allowing elderly patients to wait inside”. Another lady sitting in a chair waiting was not elderly. I waited outside for my son for another 30 mins. During the time I was there Lupita never checked in patients but was quick to tell me to wait outside. Having patients wait outside in 100 degree weather is inhumane. There were several people outside looking for shade to wait under to be called in. This is horrible service. My son has already begun his treatment. I regret going here for services.

I really dont care to go to the dentist but they did a great job and they did a very fast and efficient and they also gave me great payments to go with my great new smile Im so happy now

Horrible communication. I drive out there 20 mins away for them to tell me theyve been trying to reach out to me to reschedule in which they never did. I got off work early from work and for them to tell me their my appointment been cancelled and the next appointment is in about a month, keep in mind. Ive been waiting a whole month already for this appointment. Someone is not doing their job. Sorry doesnt cut it.

It was great. Everyone very helpful. But, I wont be able to get any teeth as I hardly have none and dental places make it difficult for the ones that have no insurance. $25,000 and a down payment of $5,000is steep for someone like me with a minimum paying job and no insurance. Now, I understand why so many people are young and have no more teeth. How can you?

The Implant specialist, Dr. Shahbazian, is amazing. I felt like I was without any other resource, was quoted in the tens of thousands to finish treatment from another specialist at various places. I explained my overall goal, my issues with price having lost my dental insurance and he was able to come up wi to a plan that would maximize what I’ve already done and give me something more than I ever expected. I saw his wheels turning and best of all he made it affordable. I’m excited to have him finish treatment and am at ease knowing what he is doing. Stay tuned.

Make an appointment in January and the day before the appointment, I was asked to reschedule because they didnt have someone to verify insurance so its reschedule to Feb 9 at 8:30am. On the 9th after going to my appointment and filling out paperwork, Im told again they cant verify due to my insurances system being down. On my way home, I call my insurance to ensure that this issue would be fixed which it was and they sent the dental office the info they needed. I get a call to come back to be seen. Its 10ish when I get to the dental office and made to wait for 2 hours before being seen for like 10 minutes, 5 with the assistance taking my X-ray and 5 with the actual dentist. Mind you, while patiently waiting, I overhear the staff tell other patients that they only do dental cleaning once a week and only til 1p on that day so by the time I get seen around noon, they already knew I was not going to get my teeth clean and not only that, they then try to sell me on some additional products. So all in all this was one of the worst waste of my time and WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. And you better believe Ill tell others about my horrible waste of time there.

The team is great and did a great job explaining everything they were doing. They answer all the questions I had. The Office manager is very. Be very cautions of this place. The one here in Delano will throw expensive treatments on your treatment plan without even explaining your options. They will push you to get their Care Credit Card. Make sure you review your treatment plan before you sign anything. They signed me up for the most expensive crown without even letting me know they have other options. They also reschedule your appointment a lot. I even had one appointment where they numbed me up and told me the doctor had an emergency so I had to be rescheduled. I got numbed up for nothing! They also signed me up for bone grafts for my wisdom tooth extractions. I told them I didn’t want them and had to argue my case that I did not want it. When I went in to see the Oral Surgeon he looked at my plan and asked if I was sure of not having the bone graph and after I said I was sure. He then told me that’s good, you don’t really need it. Save your self-thousands of dollars and ask questions!

Be aware of this place there are many other places that will work with you and your insurance and not pay nothing , you just have to look around!

So far horrible experience based on communication. I was told and given an appointment then when I went to my scheduled appointment they said I missed it. Even after getting a reminder notification. So I had to reschedule now I am on my second appointment finally waiting to see the dentist and they have me waiting for 1 hour and a half. If they dentist is busy doing long procedures then why do they still schedule appointments at that time. All they want is the money and it’s a waste of time. This is the last time I will be coming

This place is a fraud everything about it is horrible!! Ive had an x ray machine slammed on my ears and the lady also through the vest at me! Because the doc was in a hurry! Then I made a complaint and I was told I didnt have enough proof to back up what i was saying so my word was not valid!!! Which I find stupid because I dont have to lie, I recommend that EVERYONE do there research on this place before signing papers to stay with them and do any type of work. I recommend any other place but this place!!

I show up to my appointment, just to be told my appointment has to be rescheduled for whatever reason. Even though my appointment has already been confirmed the day prior. This situation happened to me not once, not twice but three times in a row. Not to mention the long waiting period just to be seen.

During my exam the dr explained all my treatment thoroughly and the manger Vidal was very helpful about what the insurance covered and what it didnt. I wouldnt recommend this place . Ive been trying to get seen for about a month and theyve managed to fail me every time . Ever since I called I let them know it was an emergency and they just told me to go to the urgent Care but still Ive setup an appointment with them only to cancel on me last minute 3 times in a row and Everytime its about a week ,week and a half wait . Totally unprofessional . Avoid this place if possible save yourself a headache and toothache for sure.

First experience was made simple by a thorough and courteous staff member, Rocio.

Scheduled an appointment for a check up and cleaning. My appointment was at 10 AM. I was not taken back for x-rays until after 11 AM. Finally taken to the exam chair. It took another 1/2 hrs to see the dentist for 5 minutes. After 2 1/2 hours I asked how much longer this would take and they could not provide any estimate. Since I couldnt wait any longer I had to leave. 2 1/2 hours wasted and a day off work and I do not have anything to show for it. If you value your time I highly recommend you do not use Western Dental.

I wish I could give this office 0 stars! I had two awful experiences here. The first was when I went in during the second trimester of my pregnancy and found out I needed a root canal. I was in the office a total of 3 hours! All I had done were X-rays and a consultation. No cleaning, no procedure whatsoever! I wasnt advised that the dentist was running behind or anything if that sort.By the time western dental scheduled my root canal appointment I was in my third trimester. The dentist had me sit in the dental chair as if I were going to have the procedure done, but then she explains that because Im in my third trimester of pregnancy she wont be doing the procedure. She went on to tell me it was my fault for not coming in sooner. However, I wasnt given an appointment by their office until it was too late. I explained that Im in excruciating pain daily and have had to adjust my diet so much that I can only eat soft foods. The dentist didnt seem to care, she simply brushed me off and said well then take some Tylenol.

They take like an an hour plus just to have the doctor do an exam. Never going there again. Rather take thd drive to visalia

If there was an option to give them a ZERO, I would!!! their wait time is horrible, Ive never spent three hours at the dentist for a routine exam. Also, I took my 10 yr old for their first exam with WD, they took xrays and scheduled her to see a dentist a week later. What kind of policy is that? I dont recommend Western Dental, but understand if you go there because you dont have other options.

During my recent visit to Delano Western Dental I experienced the highest level of costumer service. The front office team is incredibly kind and effective. The doctors and medical staff are amazing. I have been a client of Western Dental for some time now and due to the great work and special environment the Delano office provides I will continue to recieve care from Western Dental. I would like to give special attention to a few particular staff that have made me feel so welcomed at the Delano location. Maria from ortho is an all-star that lights up the place had has hands of gold. Her work is undeniably great. Maria has been a blessing in my life. Marias talent has given me confidence in my smile, which has increased my self esteem in great ways. Maia keep doing what your doing. Sergio from general is brilliant. Sergio is a gentle soul. He always makes my procedures seem more tolerable and easy going. Sergio is kind and always polite. Sergio also is always well spoken and great at communicating what was just done and unkeep that should be done and great at explaining the specifics. I also want to highlight Elsa from the front office. She is an amazing woman who was great at explaining what it would take to correct my smile and what options I had to get there. She always takes her time to explain any questions or concerns I may have. Elsa goes above and beyond to breakdown and explain paperwork concerns. Also, she is great at greeting myself and others as we come in for treatment. These individuals many others at Delano Western Dental are the reason I remain a repeat client.

Good services from Sergio And Yvonne they are very attentive and very good at what they do!

EVERY TIME it is horrible experience with this office. I call and its not one call or two. I have to call about five times just to get through the machine.When I have an appointment the staff is really rude, especially the woman named ELSA. When something is wrong or there is miscommunication it is always the patients fault. The women Elsa always makes you feel stupid like as if the miscommunication is the patients fault when in fact it is the workers and staff who are never on the same page.The wait time always take you from one hour to a max of four. IT IS RIDICULOUS. Also, they say that they are always busy of full, I will tell you why. They have patients coming in on their set appointment time and then the wont call them in until about one hour. Then they call them and sit them on a chair for another hour or so. The treatment then finally arrives and the staff is very rude. The Doctors are not the great either. There is only one Doctor that actually does a great job and cares about his patients. But most of the staff members are really rude. They nudge you really rough, they dont apologize for it. They are constantly talking about parties and about what they did on the weekend and they are just there standing and gossiping, and laughing. On my next visit for sure I will record my experience because there is absolutely nothing being done about this offices horrible service. I would give this office a 0 star review simply because of their HORRID SERVICE!

They all did a really good job today just the timing on Waiting was a little bit long but not as long as usual but it was a new orthodontist in our facility so it is understandable
