I really hesitate to leave a bad review, but this is the 2nd time I showed up and the doors were locked almost a half hour before closing. Kinda lame. If this location just stayed open a little later on Friday’s or on the weekends (or ideally but probably not possible go to 24 hrs) this wouldn’t be an issue, but the hours are just inconvenient.

Just moved to the area and this gym has no 24 hour days available, have to drive 25 minutes to another location that is. Maybe update the hours so theres more availability for others to come to the gym

This is one of the best gyms I’ve been to. Every single time I came here the staff was extremely helpful, making sure you had everything you needed and get comfortable, especially as the COVID-19 pandemic was still in effect and they had sanitation stations and limited the capacity to every other treadmill for the very wise decision to socially-distance even though you could work out as much as you want. Love this place. :)

Ive been going here for a handful of months now and I cant stress how nice, attentive, and professional all the staff is here. They take cleanliness very seriously and I havent had any issues with that. Machines are all in great condition and doesnt get too crowded ever. No complaints.

Jack the manager , Michelle, Karina are all absolutely amazing people! They are always cleaning something and are very attentive to detail. They always say hi and bye and even remember my name! And even my birthday! By far my favorite people and my favorite gym. They always are willing to chat with me while I drink my pre workout and prepare to workout. They truly care for everyone and it shows. They remember the smallest details about me and always follow up about them!Jack is always handling things in the most professional manner and stays calm under crazy situations and chats me about fantasy football and stocks! So awesome!Michelle is always smiling and laughing which in turn makes others happy! Shes always willing and able to listen too me about my life issues :)Karina is there for you in all ways and handles things like a pro, and is so nice and genuineAll of the staff are truly genuine people.If you like staff that go above and beyond for you as a person and that dont treat you like just a number then this is the gym for you :)P.s: Ignore the negative reviews, most of these people are just mad because an establishment has rules and policies that they are unwilling to follow and get mad at the staff for enforcing policies and for them not getting there way.

This is my favorite location to go workout at. The staff is very professional and they always maintain a very clean gym even before the pandemic started. Brian is a phenomenal manager and cares about his customers by always providing great customer service. I recommend this location to workout at.

This is by far the nicest and most professional Planet Fitness. Clean and spacious - you can tell the staff really care about the facility. Celeste, in particular, is a fantastic team member and clearly takes pride in her work there (and it shows). I mentioned to her today that the facility is head & shoulders above the others I have visited and I would be coming back. She took the time to thank me and welcome me back again. Truth be told I was considering canceling my membership but have decided to just switch locations because of my experience there.

I could not be more happy with my membership I am a remote check in from Wisconsin and my very first visit to this DF location and Brian was beyond helpful with anything that i needed. He is the right man for the Job when it comes to keeping the place clean and helping the members out. Keep up the good work Brian. The afternoon crew also rocks won’t forget to mention them!

Started with Planet Fitness at the Kenosha location and changed my home club to the Deerfield location as it’s closer to work. The Deerfield location is fantastic! Everything is clean, in working order and the Staff is great. I’d highly recommend Planet Fitness Deerfield to anyone looking for a Gym. A big thanks to the Staff, keep up the good work!

The facility is clean, staff is nice. Went on Saturday afternoon and wasnt so crowded which was nice. Its one of the new desiged planet fitnesses. They dont have the small public lockers like some of the newer planet fitnesses though. Overall though everything was great

I have been to a couple Planet Fitness locations. Deerfield is by far the cleanest. Aside from that the staff is very friendly. Brian was very attentive. He answered all my questions and showed me around the gym.

I have been to my fair share of Plant fitness locations and this one is simply the best! Every single worker here is super friendly and welcoming. I come in pretty much everyday and their attitudes never change, such a positive experience. (Which for someone who may be intimidated to come to the gym needs! ) The gym is always clean and the workers are always cleaning it. I 10/10 recommend this location solely on how great every single worker here is.

Always clean and friendly staff! Brian, Celeste, Michelle, and Kelly always greeting with a smile. Oh forgot Jack he’s great too. Never have to wait for a machine and normal people in the gym just working out.

Excellent. The bathroom even smelled great. Keep up the good work. Not what I have seen at other locations around only Chicago really, where people are rude enough to sit and stare at their phones on a machine, throw dirty paper towels on the floor, and generally act as if the measly $10 a month entitles them to act like pigs. I dont see it in Iowa, Minnesota or Wisconsin.

Witnessed the manager yell at her employees obnoxiously because he didn’t scan in a guest because HE WAS BUSY SIGNING SOMEONE ELSE IN. I looked at the guest and he was so embarrassed for them. Horrible, her name was Seleste or something like that, manager on duty 3:00pm (2/28/21). Never coming back, she really cannot be dealing with society especially being the role model to other employees. it will only ruin the company in the long run setting examples like that. 1 star only because that’s the least you can give.

I have been coming here since it opened and it is always a great workout. The trainers are motivating and the workouts provide a lot of variety.

The coaches and staff are awesome! They are very encouraging and supportive and highly skilled. They are knowledgeable and inspiring. The workouts are perfect for me in that they are exciting and fun.

While waiting for my GF to finish her tutoring sessions in the area I decided to stop at this location outside of my normal location for a workout. I have to say WOW! Of all the locations I have been to this is the BEST! So clean and love all the new equipment. If I didnt live so far I would make this my new main location.

Staff is super nice and gym is very CLEAN.

Super clean, super organized. Much more so than my home gym.Im a fan of the simple controls on the treadmills as well as the option to display the units in metric.Only gripe is not seeing a lot of people wipe down their machines, so I dont know how that can be addressed.

It’s ok so far

We joined today. Open Monday at 5am until Friday at 9pm. Then 7am to 7pm Sat and Sun. All new equipment and friendly, helpful staff.

Great facility. The staff at the Deerfield location is awesome! The gym is clean and new. They are working diligently to get everything up and running so I want to encourage everyone to be patient while they make it the first class facility the town of Deerfield deserves.

Went in four a tour. Liked what I saw and joined on the spot. Friendly staff. Very clean gym, dressing rooms, and restrooms. No matter how busy it is, there are always machines and equipment available. And the hydromassage table is the best motivator to workout, because afterwards--hydromassage!!

Before new rules, the shower curtains were covered in crusted urine. Almost hurled. Also, rude response below from the owner

Very loud music. Staff is friendly - however every time I go there, they have new rules. Now they tell me members can only use the gym 10 times a month. Beware of hidden rules when you sign up!
