I am very fortunate to have found Gary and Balanced Fitness. It had been years since I last lifted weights and I was looking to drop some weight. Gary continues to exceed my every expectation. My waist is inches smaller, I am decidedly stronger, and I have a much learner appearance overall. Plus, I have achieved these gains despite a serious shoulder injury (non-gym/exercise related). He customized my workouts to keep me safe and motivated. Gary is not afraid to experiment with new exercises &/or equipment to optimize my results and he is extremely knowledgeable about anatomy & fitness. I have achieved far more than I expected and I cannot recommend Gary at Balanced Fitness enough to anyone (of any age or ability) looking for a Personal Trainer.

If it’s an all around workout you are looking for, he will provide it. At the same time, he is excellent at targeting specific areas of the body. Just let him know your needs and he will work with you.His workouts are never boring because he constantly has you moving and doing different things. Even when I’m tired and not really feeling like a workout, I am so happy afterward that I pushed myself to go.My workouts with Gary are very rewarding because I see and feel the results.
