Pretty chill. Not too many people in the early morning. Small but perfectly sized.

The only person at the front desk who gives a care about the members is Simon. I appreciated his patience when he assisted me in something but he didnt ignore anyone coming in. Seems like the other two literally hide away from gym members. Promote this dude or something. Other than that the gym is clean but packed consistently. You get your moneys worth with the equipment and weights ✌️

I recently moved and have been trying to get in contact with someone to switch my membership. I had tried calling for the past 2-3 weeks.I was able to talk to the manager, Victoria, and she was amazing. She explained to me that she was the one in charge and apologized for the inconveniences, and how she could help me. I am beyond glad she was able to listen, and get my problem situated. I also would recommend people to come to this location. It’s clean and the people are so friendly/professional.I am sad that I won’t be coming to this location anymore, but I highly encourage others to do so.

1 person working . Waster in shower scalded me. No sanitizers. No tanning for me. Total body only today. Sad.

The ladies at the front desk in the evenings are very helpful and welcoming. The place is always clean and I like how the other members are encouraged to wipe down equipment constantly. Lockers rooms always in good shape and feel very safe here. Your massage chairs are always the best way to end a workout.

Great place to work out. I just wish they had free weight bench press. Not just the smith machines.

This Planet Fitness was always pretty cleaned and since opening 24/7 is now extremely clean and the early morning staff (before 5am daily and weekends) is so friendly and pleasant to greet and say goodbye too. I’m so happy it’s back to 24/7. The atmosphere here is so welcoming and encouraging, it’s perfect! I go everyday now, it’s a the best start of my day.

Great staff right when I walked in I was helped and was told the rules. They let me park my semi in the parking lot. It was 10$ for one day from morning tell midnight!! You can leave and come back witch is cool!! And they have everything I need. They do have showers! @fitnessbrostx

I really love this location! The hours are perfect for me! I can go late after work and in the morning!!! So many machines too! If you go late at night, Matt is always there. He’s like the planet fitness Yoda! So knowledgeable about all the equipment and machines! He’s always cleaning too! I know whatever machine I get on...if Matt is there...it’s clean!!! Wonderful job you guys! Keep up the great work!!!

I love this gym!! It has a variety of work out machines and options depending on what your personal goal is. It is very clean and organized, friendly staff and people who go there, overall it is a very good gym and I recommend to anyone who is looking for an affordable gym and worth the price!

Great Gym friendly staff, I am on crutches and have plenty of room to get around and easy access to the equipment for a quality workout, I can workout at my own pace without having to rush anything or feel like I am in the way. even the people who attend this gym are friendly and helpful.

Well maintained facility.

My husband passed away in August 23rd of 2020, I canceled my membership and did the proper paperwork to do so and they are still charging me for membership even though I canceled it, leaving me with an outstanding balance.

First time Ive been to a gym in more than a year due to Covid. This place was super clean, sanitizers throughout, cleaning stations for the machine and what I loved the most is every other machine is closed for social distancing so nobody is next to you while you work out.

Much friendlier than Baytown PF. Even tho that is my local, this one is close enough to my job to make it my new go to. Thanks DEER PARK!

I really like this location but I wish they would keep it a little cooler in the front part of the gym because it’s hard to work out when it’s not very cool! I’ve asked them several times to make it cooler in the front part but they say they can no longer control the thermostat locally ;(.I have tried to bring it to the management’s attention several times but was told each time that all thermostats are controlled by the corporate office and that they will not change them. 70 degrees gets very hot when your working out. Lowering it one degree would help!Also, I wish they would do more to remind people to wipe their machines off after they get through using it because people don’t wipe their machines off ;-(. Especially during flu season!Now we have it set at 73 degrees. This is to hot when your trying to exercise. The front desk continues to tell me that they can not adjust it.

The staff members are friendly and keep the gym very clean. It is never too crowded unless it is a super peak time, and the wait is always short to hop in for a set on weights.

I have been a member since the doors opened and was treated with such disrespectful attitude it was unbelievable. In a club full of people the manager thought it nessary to harass me about a face covering. Multiple people around me and she choose to continue to only speak to me about a face covering. Literally not one person had one on their face in the vicinity. Previously I had to communicate with her about Multiple incorrect payments coming from my bank account and she was frustrated by having to deal with it. With this said, im mind blown that a young adult be put in charge of a professional business with no management experience or people skills. I will happily find a different gym with Multiple options to give my money too! I would also like to add that when in charge of a business you are required to treat everyone equally and not pick and choose who we force requirements onto. If it is mandatory to wear a face covering at all times you should most definitely look into that (owner) because you just might be surprised that you find a facility full of members and neighbors without a face covering at anytime! Hope that helps you fix this on going problem.

Wonderful customer service and plenty of machines to choose from in an area spaced appropriately for the pandemic. Very clean, and very inviting. No judgement zone. Felt very comfortable here.

1 point deducted for lack of non Smith machine style squat racks, but otherwise its a well ran place. Solid quality staff.

I travel alot and was looking for a gym with many locations. I stopped nextdoor at anytime fitness before I came here. All they did was push sales, trainer packages and werent listening to what I wanted in a gym. I came here and had the pleasure of speaking with Simon. I told him what I was looking for in a gym and he answered all my questions with ease. Didnt try to sell me anything that I wasnt looking for. A-1 customer service from Simon. Give this guy a raise because hes the epitome of customer service.

The staff is very friendly. The place is clean even with it being super busy at times. I was nervous since im a bigger girl and it being my first time in a gym. But once I walked in I felt welcomed and comfortable, no judgement. I am excited and cant wait to get there daily now. Thanks PF 🙂

Make sure to ask for a print out of your contract and to be explained before signing. Apparently all kinds of fees if they have to charger your secondary card and to cancel with in a year. Hope this helps someone. Paid close to $100 to cancel

The training programs are a waste of time. Not overly crowded but its getting there. Machines are still in good condition. Only thing that keeps me coming back is the hydro massage.

The staff here is amazing. All the folks at the front desk or nice and helpful and I keep planet fitness clean. Its a great place to work out...I just get irritated with other clients who grabbed a barbell and two sets of dumbbells and go back and forth between machines while there hogging up all that equipment. Still the best gym around by far!!!

The staff are amazing and this location has a great trainer. They are always so sweet and greet you, and say goodbye. Very welcoming and always helpful. The location is properly taken care of and you can always see someone from the staff cleaning up and tending to any problem areas. I have brought friends and family to this location and a few of them signed up. Even though I have a black card I always prefer this location to the other around me. Always a good experience )

On my way from california to wisconsin I stoped here to do a few laps on the threadmill the gym is very clean.Looks so clean you might aswell lick the floor.lol just playing dont do that. Staff was very nice and attentive .equipment was santized and their is way then enough parking id recommend this place.

I had to move to Colorado during the pandemic. I reached out via email to close my membership. I received a phone call when I asked to cancel. I explained that there was not a club I could go into to cancel my membership before I left because everything was closed. The person on the phone and then said, no problem I will cancel your membership now. Now I find out Im being charged an annual fee for a membership that should have been cancelled. Not only was I charge a membership fee for a club that was closed but on top of it Im getting charged an extra annual fee. This is completely unacceptable and when you called no one answers the phone its just a voice recording.

It’s a great hassle free place to get a great workout in. The circuit training set up is awesome too!

Love coming to this gym at night when it’s mostly empty! Never had an issue here before. All equipment is clean, employees greet you as you walk in and out!

Love this gym, but when going in late at night like I have been, the employees are usually just standing around talking. The last time I went there were 3 or 4 standing there. Not sure if they all worked there, but they were just talking. They may acknowledge you, but you have to be listening or you will miss it. I love the gym, but maybe a little more customer service at night would be great. I love this gym and the layout, but the day staff could teach the night staff a few things about service.

The personal trainer Patrick is really awesome, really dedicated and helpful. Good selection of machines and a lot of treadmills. Would like more mirror areas, as there is only one wall thats usually taken up completely. Usually very clean and friendly service.

This gym is stress free! The staff at Deer Park location is extremely friendly and knowledgeable!

I love the place as being one of my favorite place to go for a workout. Majority of the other customer clean up after themselves and if not I notice employees do there rounds to make sure area and clean. If I come across something that needs to be address, I usually let the management team know and they will have it fix by next time around I visit.

We have better equipment at the orange planet fitness but it works

I can find a Planet Fitness in most mid to large cities in America. Staff is usually friendly and the gym is open all night. I miss a swimming pool and hot tub but the other amenities make up for that.I drive cross country in either a Sprinter van or a straight truck, so the membership fee is tax deductible.

The facility is nice and clean, kept up well. The equipment is maintained and taken care of. Ive been a member since they opened at this location and the only complaint I have is the majority of the staff (mainly the females) are very unfriendly. If you are expecting an inviting, welcoming feeling when you arrive you will be disappointed.

Very welcoming and helpful staff, aside from that the gym is wonderful when it comes to the variety of equipment they have and is very clean. Everyone keeps to themselves and i’ve never felt intimidated which is a plus.

We love planet fitness. Its always so clean. It truly is a judgement free zone. The black card spa is really neat too. The employees were so good at explaining everything. I especially love the total body transformation. I have an autoimmune disorder, lupus, and it really helps my joints recover quicker. And then the massage chair and hydro massage bed are just fabulous. Its totally worth getting the black card.

Facility is in excellent condition (built new 2017) and the employees are cool. They understand your situation and will make the day better for you whether membership-wise cancellation or modification. Short background, I was originally a member at the 1960 location and was stuck at a 12 year contract and wanted a cancellation but the fee is $120 (decided not to pay the cancellation because its worth more if I just pay 20/mo. and still can use the gym). When I transferred my membership to this location (Deer Park), they changed me into month to month with a black card membership (its usually a 12 year contract) but its possible in this location :) So, in the end they saved me some money by having the freedom to cancel when I got into financial difficulties. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Im so glad I joined this gym after trying several others around Houston and Pasadena. This gym is very clean and the staff are very nice and helpful. Its almost always moderately packed which I like.

I do like PF otherwise I wouldnt have stayed around over 3 years and have no desire to leave. However I can only judge them compared to the 30+ other PF Ive visited. They are a larger than most facility. Clean like most others. Decent equipment. The knocks are not enough cleaning stations and the staff is unorganized.

First time going to this gym yesterday. Restrooms and the gym in general was really clean! Ton of cardio machines.

Love this gym. Lots of treadmills, ellipticals, rowing machines. TVS on various channels. Huge variety of fitness machines. Restrooms are always clean. Lots of lockers to use. Been a member since October of 2017. Never been bothered by anyone while working out.

Love this time with my friends and working out our aging bodies.

I usually frequent the one closer to my home but was meeting a friend here early in the morning. It is very nicely set up and the front desk staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. Only problem I had was people using random machines in the 30 minute workout room which made me have to skip around on machines.

Amazing gym and facility!!! Did the 6 week challenge and boy was it a challenge, but it was all worth it. Trainers were knowledgeable and really tried to get to know everyone. Worth it to attend this gym.

I really give it a five star because the gentleman had explained me everything very properly and did Accepted cheese liquid card and obviously it was a great experience some how The registration was very fast not like the other planet fitness the one by Fairmont and the girls where very picky and they did not give me a great service they ignore me afterwords when I have told them that I had Chase liquid card So she made one with the next customer in ignore me it was a very sad thing but at the end of the day I got what I wanted I register at this gym and I will definitely come back to this gym again

Excellent customer service. MICHAEL was extremely helpful with getting a black card. Also helped my girlfriend get a black card. Would rate higher than 5 stars if I could.

Its a nice place to go for exercising when the weather here is not so good. Place is always clean and dont seem to have any trouble finding a machine.
