The people, the workouts, and the comradery are like no other! What can I say, this gym has forever changed how I feel about health and fitness. Ive been encouraged and mentored by Lyndsey Fielding and Jill Chanaba at Fielding Family Fit for almost a full year. Tons of knowledge and energy fill this gym! They are ALL about your individual goals, big or small. They meet you right where you are and pave the way. The trainers are always eager to teach and correct. The workouts are monitored closely by the coaches to reduce risk of injury. The environment is all about FAMILY (hence the gym name)! They welcome you, they befriend you, they support you, they inform you, they challenge you, and most importantly, they pray over you. Seriously though, what more could you want in a gym?Thank you Fielding Family Fit, I am forever grateful!

I love working out here, you get to get the one on one training and also he is the best personal trainer. I recommend this place to anyone that is about to start or wants to work out.

This little gym is a hidden gem in Deer Park. My friend and I have been going here for about 5 months now and love it. They have most everything you really need in a gym, including lots of weight lifting equipment, multiple sets of dumbbells, multiple squat racks, cable machines, different types of benches, lots of ellipticals.

I came in as an out-of-towner. Very clickish and owner and other coach have no education on this stuff other than a day and half crossfit level one training. VERY SCARY! I could tell write away their education was google based. They use the term crossfit multiple times which is totally illegal. I am surprised they have not been sued. Do not take nutrition advice from them. Neither have any licences or degrees in health or fitness. If you are looking to get injured or hurt.. then this place is for you!
