Great haven to come to and train hard at any hour of the day/night. The supplement store also carries products your mainstream ones do not! Members of all walks of life doing their own thing in a very underground but welcoming atmosphere.

Place is a dump, the owner is a joke charges people by how much they say they can afford and then cancels the training lessons and has to reschedule. Machines dont work all half broken.

This gym is filthy. There’s dust hair all over the place. The machines are dirty. Very poor management, I would not recommend this place to anyone. I was going to join and for the price and quality of cleaning it’s just not worth my money.

Really nice people, and they have all the necessary equipment. Not to mention 24hrs?! What’s better?!

The gym and the supplement store are top notch and friendly!!! Definitely recommend it.

Awesome gym for boxing and kick boxing classes or just to workout on your own. The staff is friendly and they treat their clients like family.
