I absolutely love Flip Your Dog Yoga. I started going to classes during a particularly difficult time in my life and had no idea just how much I would gain from it. Initially, I just wanted to exercise more and I knew I enjoyed yoga. What I wasn’t anticipating was the amazing souls I would get to meet - as students and teachers. I have taken classes from each of the teachers at the Gainesville studio - and I adore them all. Each has her own style and personality, and together they form an incredible group of women who inspire me constantly. I always feel supported and encouraged and cared for. Thank you for being my happy place. ❤️☺️

If you’re in the area looking for a studio, this is your place to be. I took a class with Merri in Gainesville and she was incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming. Her artwork on the inside walls is beautiful and the studio was very clean. As an Instructor myself, I was very pleased and highly recommend attending any of the many classes that are offered!

Flip your dog is a wonderful studio where you can get in a great workout or a nice relaxing stretch. The teachers are very knowledgeable and welcoming, each bringing their own style of yoga class for a great variety. The instructors also offer tons of variations of poses to accommodate all levels! This studio is also great place relieve stress by just showing up to play on your mat!

I really enjoyed the hot yoga class with Merri. It’s a great work out that leaves you feeling super accomplished. And I love that during most of her classes we get to try some fun stuff like handstands and headstands.

I am so delighted to call Flip Your Dog my yoga home. Merri is so down to earth and hosts such a warm and friendly atmosphere. She and all the instructors are fabulous, bringing their own unique styles to class. I love practicing at both the Gainesville and Buford studios. I literally float out of class a happier, healthier me.

I am obsessed with Flip Your Dog. The instructors always give you different options to make your workout harder. I am still new to yoga, but I never feel like I don’t know what’s going on. The instructors are clear and easy to follow. Love this place!

Merri is a wonderful teacher and exceptional yogi. In less than a year I have moved from feeling stress in my mind and body to finding peace and strength within myself and the world around me. I would recommend Flip Your Dog yoga to anyone looking for physical, spiritual, and/or mental growth. The yoga offered runs the gamut from gentle stretch to hot yoga, and each class she guides your moves to create comfort and balance. Great place, great instructor!

I love this new Buford studio. Merri is the best yoga teacher I have ever had. She keeps it fun, great music,super challenging and always helps you perfect your poses and breathing. The Gainesville studio was to far... Do yourself a BIG favor and take a few classes. Your body and mind will thank you!!!!! Cant wait for my next class......

Where do I even begin ... I moved to Gainesville a few years ago and never thought I’d find somewhere to practice yoga until I found FYDY. Each practice I feel like it speaks to me. The encouragement I receive from Merri, Bethany, Molly and Carol is very loving and caring! All these ladies do such a great job teaching the right and safe way for poses. 🧘🏻‍♂️At the end of every practice makes for a positive and very upbeat rest of my day!🧘🏻‍♂️ 🌈 ☀️ 😊I am so thankful for the yoga community I have found. There is so much love within these women I have met through FYDY. I cherish them to the core of my heart!❤️🥰. 🙏🏼

Merri is an amazing athletic yoga instructor. Her knowledge of body movement and how certain poses will help balance you in YOUR athletic endeavors will take you to another level.

I took a class with Bethany and was not impressed at all.Her sequences and transition made not sense.I felt so confusedDefinitely not coming back.

My wife and I do Hot Yoga with Merri. We are novices. If I had to describe it to someone who knows yoga I would say it is a Vinyasa flow yoga in a hot room. Merri is world class from warm up to cool down. We feel both relaxed and invigorated after a session. The cool down involves a two or three minute meditative lesson that is delivered in a tone that can relax you beyond belief.

I LOVE Flip Your Dog Yoga. Merri has such a fun rendition on traditional yoga classes: themed nights, hip music, inspiring meditations, and its a serious work out. I have been to a lot of Yoga studios, but none as fun as this one!
