Yoga here is amazing. It doesnt matter your fitness level the instructors are prepared with modifications for any pose without making you feel like you dont belong. Genuinely feel rejuvenated and whole after a session. Vinyasa and Yin are my go to workouts. Also, your first session is free when you go through their website!

Ive called this studio three times to ask about classes, scheduling, pricing, etc. Just to get no answer every time I called. I went to their website and there isnt enough information about classes. How do I know what kind of yoga that class is? Or what level? Or the general size of the class? What about prices for each one? Out of curiosity I pressed sign up on a random class to see where it would take me and it tried to have me sign up for a subscription list other wise I couldnt sign up for the class.To the owners of this studio:1. Answer your phones please, its very simple2. Give more information, people are curious, and wanna know these things before paying or committing to your studio3. Dont force people to sign up for your lists, sometimes people just wanna check out your studio or try yoga for the first time or maybe (like me) they do at home yoga and just wanted to treat themselves for once to an actual class. Its not fair to force your spam on people4. Be zen. Seriously, I did all of this to relax and try to wind down and your website and lack of communication left me even more stressed than beforeNamaste.

Ive been practicing yoga there for over two years. Great results and would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to look better and feel better.
