Please don’t go there

I don’t understand the point of an appointment if you’re going to be waiting an hour and a half to just get paperwork! People have came in after me and are being seen. I asked the heavy set light skin woman in the front how long because I’ve been here forever. She said someone should be calling you then end up calling someone with twins that came after me. The workers in the back are nice but this front is unorganized.

This place is so disorganized. They call people out of order , they take forever, when you try to call them they never pick up. And they’re absolutely rude every time I go.

It’s only one worker and she just walking around instead of getting the paperwork done this office should be more diverse because my Africa American women are always upset for no reason
