Joke of a facility. Canceled my appointment and didnt bother to tell me so I wasted an afternoon and missed half a day of work for nothing

If I could rate 0 I would. The service there sucks. Their phones are turned down low so they cannot hear the phone ring & they just stand around and conversate about personal things. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE.

I came to this location for a health service. To the time I walk in and from the time I left this location I received the best care and treatment. The staff was so awesome and knowledgeable.

I came here to complete my first Pfizer vaccine shot. I went to the wrong part of the building, and walked right in. The security guard was pleasant and the women behind the window was helpful, but unfortunately I was in the wrong place. I went to thecorrect location the security guard was very rude. He ruined my whole experience. His name was Mr Kent. He is not helpful. He will not answer a simple question like “do they offer the vaccines here”. That’s a valid question since there are several locations offering different covid shots. He doesn’t have that answer. Secondly, we are at a health complex and he was the only one not wearing a mask. I had to point out the fact that he was not wearing one. Security are atleast supposed to follow protocol and procedures but he doesn’t even have that down.

Would have given a zero !!! Never answer the phone terrible service!!!!

Can not communicate properly or effectively. They’ll say one thing and then get to the office and it’s another answer. Starting to question whether they know how to do their job properly.

The only issue I ever have with Clifton Springs is family planning never answers the phone. Like I’ve literally sat in the waiting area and called (just to test and see why they never pick up) and the chick just sits there and ignores the phone. And don’t bother leaving a message they never return calls either. Other than that the service is fast and the doctors are very pleasant. But if you are visiting family planning it’s best to just go in because they don’t answer the phone.

The staff at the Clifton Springs Health Center are great and really sweet. However, I find that its difficult to schedule appointments over the phone because literally NO ONE answers the phone. I dont think they realize how impactful this is to low-income assistance mothers who may not have a car to schedule in person like in other areas. They refer to the phone number all the time, but even when its not busy, Ive seen staff members let the phone ring and not answer. Its disappointing to say the least. I would suggest updating the phone on the website or referring to the correct phone number so things can be processed much more quickly. Or simply answer the phone.

Family planning moves super fast. Almost literally in and out. Also the nurses and doctors and welcoming and nice. I enjoy my visits.

One star because I value my time as well as others time I called prior to going to the location asked numerous questions and once I got there i was treated like I was not a human being I guess I went on the wrong day because these reviews saying very professional and nice are not accurate at least in my opinion The family planning manager basically laughed me out the door Gwen the lady that answers the phone Im going to pray that God bless her with customer service regardless of the field you work in Im very disappointed that a facility of colored folks would treat people like they dont want to be treated. My Insurance with my job kicks in in 4 months Ill wait for it before stepping foot back in that building I always go to the women care facilities in Chamblee area that respect people and their time but due to me switching jobs and losing my insurance I had to do what I had to do but these ladies reminded me never to fall cause color will kick ya ✍🏿I do agree it is a clean location but if you dont have respect you dont have nothing.... Rule of life!

This place allows me to have affordable services because I cant afford health insurance. The ladies are very pleasant and I love the doctor. My nexplanon removal was a breeze. Its about as clean and updated as a government facility gets.

My girlfriend came here to get her birth control changed and of course she made me come because she wants a gentleman. First off, the wait was ridiculous. Her appointment was right after lunch so it should have been in and out. Nope, we waited 45 minutes just to be seen. The actual office visit went well ,and the physician was knowledgeable and friendly. But then I get the bill in the mail. STD testing, pregnancy testing...I was there and I know they didnt test my girlfriend so why am I getting the bill. She tried to call them and inquire the results of said tests, but they never answer and there is no space to leave a voicemail. Now I have to pay for these tests even though Im clean. Next time I would recommend the pull out method.

Im here just to pick up my baby new vouchers and for them to take my weight they need ppl In Here to handle the small needs like mines I been here a whole hour now and all of the employees just walking around and convosating with each other they call 3 number sense Ive been here they work waaaayy to slow they have 3 desks with two empty and the one girl is looking a little lost they finally called my name after a hour took my folder did something in the computer then tell me to sit back down and wait for my name to be called after all this time now I gotta wait again when I couldve just gave my name when I first came in so they will know what Im coming in for but yet they hand out numbers witch when you give someone a number to be call you get that persons name so that the process of what Im coming in for would be at least looked at while Im wait on my number and name to be called I do t like the way this office service
