I started taking classes at Align in May 2018 , my first experience with Pilates ever, and love it! The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to the practice. The classes are small, with a lot of personal instruction. I always walk out of class feeling way better than when I walked in. In addition, I have seen notable improvements in my posture, strength and overall body awareness. Highly recommend!
