Dr. Shepard is nice. HOWEVER getting in touch with him if you need it is the WORST of any doctor Ive ever gone to. Ive been his patient for 4 years not. 2 years ago I needed my prescription for Tamoxifen refilled. Publix called for me several times and so did I. The only way I got it refilled was I had to call my breast doctor who got him on the phone. Took a month. Now recently he asked for me to get a test done. My insurance will not cover it. I have been trying for 3 weeks to reach out to him to ask questions or seek other alternatives and once again no communication. I have used the patient portal 5 times over the past 5 weeks. Ive even called the office every other day for 3 weeks and no response. If you need good care DONT GO!!!

Dr. Shepard is great but his staff leaves much to be desired. We have left 13 messages and counting over 4 months trying to get my daughters refill called in to the pharmacy. Finally we just decided to call and get the prescription mailed to us. Well they still didnt do that either.
