I had a great experience. Thanks to Dr. Benton and the great team for your expertise and compassion. Radiation therapy treatment itself is a challenge Its a beautiful experience when you feel comfortable with the team responsible for your care.

Doctors and staff are very informed and compassionate. Provided lots of educational materials concerning prostate cancer, cure rates and even personal cure rate. We called with lots of questions and special needs due to being so far from treatment center. They took care of us like family. You wont find a better or more informed center or more helpful staff elsewhere. During treatment, we met many people from many different states who were also receiving treatment here. This may well be Georgias best kept secret! So fortunate to have found this treatment and research center.

The information we received about the treatment was awesome. From the first day we walked in, we were treated like family. With Dr Merlin, the Front Desk personnel to the back office staff, other patients and family members, everyone was informative, friendly, cheerful and very pleasant to talk with. Thank you for making an uncomfortable situation pleasant for all involved.

RCOG gives free educational lectures most Tuesdays, presented most often by MDs. With dinner. They educate for every aspect of treatment covering before and after treatment.Their Care Coordinators/Patient Advocates are extremely helpful in coordinating between different offices, such as between Urologist, PCP, Labs, Imaging Centers.There are volunteers and staff support group. Amazing. Do not opt for surgery without first investigating this option, with this group. People fly in from all over the country and world, for treatment here, and I understand why.

While about a third of the way through the external radiation protocol, the RCOG experience has been wonderful. The staff (particularly Dr. Merlin, nurse Adam and Jennifer McLain) have been informative, compassionate and professional. How fortunate I am to have discovered this facility!

The staff is very knowledgeable and caring, everyone is educated in their field of study!
