They double booked my appointment. I rescheduled 3 times!! And then they told me they couldn’t even help me because my schedule doesn’t work with theirs now apparently. The woman was extremely disrespectful over the phone. I felt like she was putting me down and mocking me.

I love Dr Combs! He is the best OBGYN that I’ve seen in central Illinois! Great staff and the office is super beautiful and clean!

It has been months of back and forth with Vita to no avail. Every call we have made they promised to get back with us. At our appointment they are are great, but over the phone and visiting their office for info has taken over three months and we still haven’t gotten the prescription or information we needed. If you are going to do anything at Vita make an appointment because going to their office and calling does not work.

Ill start by saying that Dr. Keller is the best! Im usually very uncomfortable with male doctors, but he made me very at ease (even though I was high risk). Before going to the Vita on Pershing, Id gone to see Dr Sierra at St Marys Vita center and was NOT impressed. Im glad I decided to give the Vita on Pershing a chance.I also love how they do ultrasounds and check-ups all in one visit. There are a lot of offices that dont do this, even though its more convenient to. Theyre very organized, clean, and relaxed.However, their receptionists are RUDE, every single time. Especially one in particular, who is so rude that it almost made me switch OBs.

Ive delivered three children with this center and the atmosphere for all of the appointments has been wonderful. I love the staff and my personal doctor. They do their best to help make any reason for your appointment comfortable. They were also a tremendous help when it came to our bills and working with us to create a payment plan . I would highly recommend this place to anyone without hesitation.

The nurses, NP and doctors are all wonderful. They are understanding and provide up to date information. Would recommend to anyone looking for services in Decatur.

Dr. Winter was the best. Shes very kind and bubbly. She also doesnt take any chances when it comes to pregnancy issues. Very very great woman!

Very rude. Was trying to make me wait 3 months to reschedule just because I was going to be 2 minutes late. At this point I hope my cyst ruptured they’ll be sued

Im at crossroads at whether stay or not. Why is it office help anymore are the worst. The Dr is great but I just keep getting very snotty women to talk to in office and sometimes nurse areas...

Cancelled appointment without notification, took payment out twice, late on rx....poor service, but nice ppl.

I was diagnosed with pre uterine cancer dr. Madala caught it in time thank you Jesus she did an operation and partial hysterectomy and took care of everything love this woman she is such a sweetheart
