Every time you call for a sick visit its always 4-5 days out. What mother can wait 4-5 days out . I understand every time your child is sick they may not be able to fit them in but,every single time.No parent want to go to urgent care and ER every time their child sick. The front office receptionist for pediatric needs a attitude adjustment parents are dealing with enough trying to schedule appointments they never have available. It appears they have entirely too many patients and not enough Doctors or need to work on extending business hours to accommodate some where. It will only result in patients leaving the office due to never being able to be service. If I could give no stars I would . Dr. Carrel is a very good doctor but the office staff and service they are giving is awful.
