I Dearly love Glenwood great customer service staff is awesome I have been to other nursing centers however this one is one the best the way the staffgo out the way to attend to each residents my wife just love it here at Glenwood To sum it up I would strongly recommend Glenwood to everybody

The rehab team is excellent. The administration is horrible.

My mom had a stroke five years ago and is now in a wheelchair. She has been in and out of the hospital and in multiple rehabs. I finally put her in the Glenwood rehab because it was close to my home.We found that Glenwood had the best rehab facility that she has been in. Mom is also eating the food at Glenwood where at the previous Rehab’s she didn’t like the food. Mom has been able to smoke outside as well as most rehabs don’t allow that. The staff and the nurses have been so wonderful to mom and so caring and loving. Although Glenwood facility could use a little bit of a remodeling, The care the service the nurses the doctors the rehab have been the best that my mother has been in. Thank you Glenwood.

I have a loved one here and was visiting her during mothers day. i am quite impressed with how well the facility presented. i was immediately greeted by warm and friendly staff. the environment was clean and had a pleasant scent. this is my first time visiting as i am from another state. the staff seem to genuinely care about my aunt who has resided here for some time now.

I loved the staff at Glenwood, I worked through Healthcare Services as the Housekeeping Supervisor in 2017. Its an older building which is a bit challenging but the staff was amazing. Building culture is still at the top of my list over anywhere else that I have been employed. The DON was amazing and respectful, and I really like the team at the time. They are very dedicated and most of them have been there forever. I still remember half of the residents names, we had some good times.

No complaints from my loved one and no complaints from me. I have meetings with the staff allowing me to address any concerns of which I am completely satisfied and impressed! Yes, I recommend this facility.

I worked there and I loved everything about it the care they provide.. the staff .. administration..all in all the love they show speaks for it self..if I had a loved one that would be my one and only place I will be completely comfortable putting them

I have seen this facility improve greatly over the last couple of years. My relative has been there for some time. The staff genuinely seem to have the best interest of the residents at heart! They seem to be more selective about who they hire and their staff seem to take a personal interest in each individual resident. I have not always seen this in other places. Of course its not perfect, no place is. I think the highlight of Glenwood Healh is there Activity program! There is always something for the residents to do and enjoy. And I am joined by at least 50 or more volunteers who go regularly to help enhance the lives of the residents! Hopefully they will continue to improve, but they have my vote!

I would like to share my experience about this facility and the great services my mom had as a whole was a blessing. My mom needed rehab services after being in the hospital and of course my mom didn’t want to go to the rehab center but we had to look at it like this is the only way you can get better is to get these services that one your insurance is paying for but also this was the best options for her. Also this was only temporary and she could go home. We did exactly that of course all rehab centers will have there issues but knowing your purpose of why your there is the number one objective. We were more than appreciative of the care, attention and the love that was shown to my mom is more than I can say thank you for. All the facility staff went over and beyond for her and it brought me joy. I want to thank the team so much and my mom said she would go back if she had too.Thank you again Yashika Myers

I have a loved one that live here he is happy with living here and enjoy his smoke breaks , he has greatly improved his health the nursing staff take good care of him. I really enjoy visiting with him.

I have a love one I love the facility and use to work in the facility still work for the company for many years I choice to put my dad here therapy department is great. That one reason I put my day here and great staff.

I dont recommend sending your loved ones / family here if you can help it. The main building looked depressing and did not appear to be sanitary. Avoid if possible.

Just plain bad. be alert . do not send your family there. bad staff, horrible management . the DNS is the worse. mice and cockroaches all over the place. DPH close that place down

We enjoy atmosphere at the Glenwood senior center .the staff is very caring. I hope that they are paid wages to compensate their dedication .Carolyn Calhoun .

Horrible!!!!!!! Dont send your loved one here!!!! This place should be condemned!!!!! The four and five star ratings are bogus, and probably were rated by the employees or administration

When my family member was discharged they failed to mention to social security that he went home, they were not efficient at all.
