Dr White was my mothers neurologist at Crestwood Hospital. She past away there. He was the kindest Doctor. His advice and knowledge was so comforting. Dr White, Ill never forget you- Daughter of June J. Williams

Dr White listens to the issues, provides information clearly, and follows thru to resolve the problems. The office staff and his assistants are well informed and very helpful. 5 stars !

I found this Dr.while searching for a neurologist.I havent got in yet to see him,but just as soon as my paper work gets processes I will definitely be in.This staff is amazing,friendly and the most helpful i have ever came in contact with.Victoria was one of that i spoke to,she went above and beyond expectations to help me get my referral.she is fantastic!!!!!!##I can only imagine how well my visit will go with Dr.David White.looking forward to going in.This is a first ever....
