Dr Schuler was amazing. I was nervous going in, but she was just…cool. She listened and was very thorough. I’m excited to have a game-plan for my neuropathy. Absolutely loved her! PS: Great addition of the STYX poster in the room. 🔥

Dr. Shuler has been the worst Doctor I’ve ever been too! She was an hour late for our 1st appointment. Didn’t prescribe me the correct medication. I’m been dealing with this migraine headache for over a month. Dr. Shuler was on vacation for two weeks and there was a on call Dr Weissman who is a joke as well. Tabatha who is her assistant could care less about her patients. I should not have to keep calling to get a doctors note. Tanya who is a manager was supposed follow up with me about this doctor note did not. Her office is telling me I need to book another appointment just to receive a doctors note. Dr. Shuler is booked until September. I will not have a job. When you don’t feel well it takes so most out of you to keep calling and doing follow ups just to get medication and a doctors note. This has been a totally nightmare! I still don’t feel better! I still have a migraine!

Wanted to write a review to counteract the negative experiences seen here (even though she has a very high rating in network). Dr. Schuler was helpful, quick to offer multiple solutions, didnt doubt or question any of my pain levels/experiences, and helped mitigate migraines I have had for years. I was nervous for my appointment, and had no reason to be.

1 star is 1 too many for this insurance loving, buck passing, money grabbing charlatan. Sara Shuler is the worst. She many have the degrees and certificates but she has NO idea what being a doctor actually means. Absolutely zero compassion for her patients and no desire to fix the the actual problem unless she can line you up for countless visits and numerous prescriptions. Youd be better off using Google then seeing her. Youve been warned!

Been patient of Dr Shuler for years Doctor is very pleasant knowledgeable, however her office staff especially her assistant Tabitha was very unprofessional careless person. She was not returning my calls for weeks without understanding how important to me her response is..... I’ve called many many times to get my question answered and when she will finally answering phone she will leave me on hold forever and don’t even bother to come back, waiting till I will hang upAs a patient I’ll say that we deserve better service in health care industry.From professionals that actually care and not neglecting their patients. You are not servicing me for free and you are getting paid to do your job. So do it !!!

Dr. Schuler seemed knowledgeable, but also that she wanted to get through the appointment as fast as possible, repeatedly interrupting me - even when trying to answer her questions. She said that her MRI orders never get denied - but her MRI order was denied.

Lacks compassion & is too quick to get in and out to the next patient. Rushes. Some of the staff are very unprofessional. Dr. Sara Schuler needs to work on listening fully to her patients, who bring in business in to the practice in exchange for thorough service for their health care needs. Not acceptable. Golden rule should be enforced in all professions.

Sara Shuler is the worst doctors Ive been to out of the dozens Ive seen. No compassion, no caring, wants to rush to the next patient and will cut you off mid-sentence. She displays very sociopathic behaviors. Usually sociopaths are created from Bitter life experiences.... Most likely she was divorced and carries those hurt feelings forward in life, along with lack of empathy and caring for others. If she wasnt so rude and arrogant, I would almost feel sorry for her.

I have only had dealings with one neurologist in my life, when I had a stroke on August 5, 2016. Dr. Sara Shuler is the specialist assigned to me at Dekalb Medical Center. I cannot compliment her enough!!! Perfectly competent, pleasant, humorous, delightful---all the things we want a doctor to be and yet seldom find. Thank you SO MUCH, Dr. Shuler!AAAAAAA+++++++
