DONT TRUST THIS LAB! They give false positive results with covid-19. As a family we had a horrible three days become of a false positive result from this lab! One of us tested twice with this lab: one day was negative and the next day was positive!To be extra cautious 25 persons who were in touch tested with a different lab and all got negative results!If you dont know how to do an accurate test then why do you do testing!!!This is so unprofessional and unacceptable! How many false results have you given to people like us! We had horrible three days thinking we have Covid!!!By your false results you confuse the community and let them lose trust through out this pandemic.Are you really the first responders and deserve trust from us!?
I had very bad experience. the result of false test result I had to stay home for 2 days unpaid!!, and who will pay for this?
