This was my first experience with this company and it was amazing! Linda James was extremely friendly and so helpful with getting me the lowest price. She was also quick and efficient being the only person to take cate of many customers at once! I greatly appreciate how she took care of everything I needed and how gentle she was when drawing my blood and clipping my hair. I have never had such a great experience with a lab encounter before and will definitely come back to see her if I need any further testing done! Thank you Linda!

Though the facility is run down, the tech was professional, delightful, and super skilled at getting the draw done quickly.Results were emailed faster than expected.Would definitely go here again.

Have been working with Linda at multiple AnyLab locations over the last 10 years. I would follow her anywhere. I have tiny rolling veins and there are no medical personnel that can draw blood as simply and smoothly as Linda. Great personality and always helpful.

Very quick and easy process. Im currently uninsured and needed some blood work so I went online, chose the labs I wanted to order (which were well priced) booked my appointment and walked in. I was in and out in 15 mins and the poke didnt hurt! I will be coming back for more labs in the future

”Linda” was awful. The entire experience from the moment we entered until the moment we left was nothing short of unprofessional. Also what is the point of wearing a mask if you are going to pull it down and cough anyway? Way to help stop the spread of Covid. Go anywhere else for you testing needs. This location needs to be shut down, thats how terrible our interaction with ”Linda” was. Im pretty sure she was lying about her name also as she was reluctant to tell me her name because she knew that she should be reported. Thats how bad the service was from this human being. If there is not an employee there by the name of Linda, it is the older AA lady with dreads. Absolutely awful. Wish I could give it negative 10 stars.

I already knew the results before they came back but the lady was nice and helpful when I went in... It said I was supposed to get results in 5-7 business days, but came back in 4.

I wanted to find out my blood type. I made an appointment for a Monday morning, I was in & out within 5 minutes. The blood drawn was done so well it was painless. I received the results the next day. This was a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend Any Lab Test Now.

Ms. Annette is the absolute BEST employee at this company. Her energy was so wonderful to be around. I was nervous to be tested but she made me feel very comfortable and cared about. I will only want her to do my testing for now on! She gave me the best customer service I have ever received in my life. She is definitely manager of the decade! Love her so much!

I called days before my client appointment to confirm the right test and etc... this company lacks communication and when my client arrives to the appointment they had no record of her appointment or what test she was coming in for. Satisfied with the results and pricing but after spending 20minutes on the phone with a rude lab tech.. I will not ever send a client again there.

Really had a bad experience. Employees are rude and very unprofessional. They should know that all people are not same and have to treat them accordingly. So much attitude, first act like a normal human being then do the business.

Honestly reading all of these 5 star reviews is astonishing to me. Maybe I had a different person. Like many others I looked online, called a representative to confirm the type of testing I wanted done was available and then made my way to a branch. I treated the sole employee at the front desk with respect and communicated clearly the type of test I wanted done and every bit of the interaction was terrible. Loud music playing at the desk, the huffing and puffing when ever I asked a question etc..At one point I was chastised and told “See here’s the problem! Y’all think what we have online is what we offer! WE DONT! We’re a franchise”!...Keep in mind I didn’t come off as combative or engage in any arguments, the entire tone and energy from the moment I stepped in was adversarial. After all of that and finally receiving an estimate on the test I wanted done I realized I wouldn’t be able to move forward with this rep. I wasn’t and wouldn’t allow her to stick any needles in my arm with so pent of anger and animosity towards customers. I glad I saved a few hundred by not staying there and I’ll be schedule an appointment with an actually physician instead ✋🏾

I like it for convince and the process was very fast, but Annette is who I was working with she was very unfriendly and rude in a way and she was very short with her words I feel like if you dont like your job then get another one idk maybe it was a bad day for her, but she had a nasty attitude. She only seemed sweet and pleasant when she handed me the card with her name to leave a review. Also on my paperwork I wrote to pickup my results and I called a couple days later to see if they were back whoever I spoke with said they been back, and I asked why didnt you all call and she said thats not her job, so I like the convince of it all Ill just try another location. Oh and I went to the Decatur location.

Awful customer service. The staff are slow, unhelpful, and incompetent. At my first visiit, the attendant couldnt find my doctors order even though my physician confirmed sending it. On my second visit, a different lab attendant couldnt even be bothered to check the system for my doctors order, telling me the doctor had to CALL her. Seriously.

Posted hours are 8:30 - 6:30 Mon - FriI arrive a few minutes before 8:30. I wait until 8:30 and walk in. No one is here. I wait 10 minutes. No one shows up. Why have posted hours and the door unlocked if youre not there on time?!?I called their number. Prerecorded message. I press the option to schedule an appointment and wait for a few minutes before I can speak to someone. She answers and says that sometimes they step out. How are you stepping out when you just opened?!?Just ridiculous.

Used this location for a blood draw. Annette was wonderful! I was in and out in no time.

I scheduled an appointment for 8:45am and even got an email for confirmation of my appointment. I arrived at 8:30am which is when the lab opens and no one was there. I called the company after 30 minutes of waiting and was told they dont know why no one is there and that they must be pulling up soon. I drove back 2 and a half hours later and no one was there still and it was not open. I check my email and the company rescheduled me for 12:30pm without even asking me or calling and leaving a message on my phone. Where are the employees that are supposed to be working here? It is fine if something comes up, but if you know no one is coming to work that day you need to contact the patients and tell them instead of them waiting and wasting their time.

I came in with questions with the iron in my blood. Shena helped me with all my qurstions. Cool.

HORRIBLE. ZERO STARS IF I COULD!. This is long overdue as I had my experience 5/24/18. I am physician and referred my patients to this lab site previously. Stephanie was the person on site and I had my lab order form for myself to perform some Spectracell tests. I was told that since I was not purchasing the kits from ALTN that they would not be able to perform the phlebotomy services for me, which I have never heard as I have patients from a different states use their facilities without this issues.Then I asked for her to call her manager since I had to state that I was a doctor and never had this problem. (Spectracell is contracted with their labs for services. ) She then called Harley and Harley was the acting manager for the day since the official manager was on a vacation for 2 weeks. These were 2 young girls out of high school trying to show authority. I even had the Regional Spectracell Manager offer to compensate them more than enough kits for the 2 they were going to use on me to be shipped OVERNIGHT TO THEIR FACILITY. No! Harley then said we NEVER do this- Ive been working here for 2+yrs. Okay I leave and I call a sister location in TUCKER and explained would she be able to draw my blood for the requested tests and she said yes. The phlebotomist at the Tucker location was so friendly and professional; She did mention how poorly the service by these women are at this location. They get complaints all the time and when they work her location they even mess up the paperwork and test kits. I witnessed this as she looked at the test kit and saw tubes were missing and had to use additional test kits to assist with my order. HORRIBLE SERVICE! Any good reviews are to be questioned.

They inconvenienced my boyfriend 5 days after he was supposed to receive his DNA results. No one called to follow up, just left the situation undone. Now we’re going into the holidays with no results (that we were told way before hand that we would receive before Christmas) and now no one knows anything. This is ridiculous!
