Loving Arms was fantastic for our Grandmother Angelina!They were professional from beginning to end. Once you call Loving Arms all our family did was spend every moment with our loved one.The chaplain and the Social worker were the 1st two ladies who came over.Our Grandma also had a RN Shundra who called often and came over once a week. When I had questions she was honest and truthful. I really appreciated her experience, intellect, professionalism and helpfulness.Michelle, our Grandmothers CNA was more than we could have asked or even known we needed. Michelle is soft, kind, knowledgeable, and most of all, our Grandmother let Michelle get close. When Michelle came over, our Grandmother allowed her to brush her hair, feed her ice cream and fluff her pillows. Michelle brought our Grandmother some of her final smiles.Our family highly recommends Loving Arms Hospice to everyone whose loved one chooses or the family chooses home hospice.Hospice comes in different forms and Loving Arms Hospice always allowed our family to have the lead, never took over, and we will forever be so thankful that our family member had her dignity until her last moment!

Greetings to all. I am writing about my very poor experience with the owner of this establishment, Ms. Tracie. My family member had an power outage at their residence due to the equipment Loving Arms provided. I called the owner four times and left a message on each call for her to call me ASAP. She never returned my calls and I went to the location in person to address my concerns for my family member. Needless to say she was not at the location and the receptionist contact her for me on my behalf. After speaking with the owner Tracie about my family member concern she rudely cut me off and said I am not liable, and you have to take it up with the third party company. This woman was truly obnoxious and insensitive to the magnitude of the situation. She absolutely showed no concern of the inconvenience of one section of the house is out of power, offered no solution for my concern and truly demonstrated horrible people skills and customer service. Her belligerent behavior over the phone was truly overwhelming and I will never recommend a love to this establishment. It’s truly a shame to have experienced such horrible customer service from that evil wicked woman. In closing I will say this to you Ms. Tracie, working in such a precious industry such as hospice caregivers you really need to conform to lifting others virtuous esteem which is the acronym of love.
