This will be my 3rd week at GA and I absolutely love it! Scott and April are absolutely amazing and will work with you through anything you need. If you are unable to do a certain exercise, they will find a way for you to still get the work done with out jeopardizing your health. Most importantly they are built on family values and making sure you are in the best environment possible while getting your workout in. I’ve been trying to lose weight for years, but I’ve never been able to stick to any program or diet until now. I love this gym! The coaches are encouraging, helpful, and supportive. If a movement doesn’t work for you, they are always happy to help you find a better alternative for YOU. The people at this gym are equally as awesome! I’ve never left feeling discouraged because everyone is respectful of where you are on your journey. Definitely recommend to ANYONE!

Just started, but can already tell a difference. I have been largely inactive for a few years due to surgeries. The coaches are doing a great job finding things I can do without further injuring myself. Highly recommend for someone trying to get back into it!

Golden Ape has been the best health and fitness team I’ve ever found. I have worked out in traditional gyms forever which results in working out alone with little to no satisfaction. The Golden Ape Coaching staff is what makes the difference from anywhere else. They are passionate about making your goals come true. I have learned so much about technique and posturing when performing each WOD. In addition the atmosphere is friendly to the point you feel like part of the “Ape Family”. I have never felt so excited to want to get to my next class and see what I can learn. Since I started a year ago this month I have never felt so strong and healthy.

Absolutely love this gym! After going to Golden Ape for 6 weeks my husband and son (15) joined with me. It has been the most amazing experience! We are healthier, stronger and more confident than ever and we do it all as a family! The coaches have spent one on one time with each of us working on different movements and lifts. We sit around our dinner table (which is now very healthy thanks to nutritional advice from April) and talk about the workouts and compare time and lifts. Our son is better prepared for high school sports thanks to the strength and conditioning he has received from Golden Ape.

These guys are awesome. I cant say enough nice things about them. Super welcoming, and willing to work with you one on one to show you the moves and good form. They have the camaraderie that I have missed from being in the Marines and it makes it fun to work out again!
