Great gym. Coach Corey is outstanding. He pushes me past what I thought was my maximum. He makes sure I’m eating healthy throughout the week also.

I just switched gyms and I was immediately impressed with the cleanliness of F45 Decatur. Night and day difference from my precious gym. All of the trainers are very welcoming and energetic and are great at challenging me to push myself in a positive way. The workouts are different from anything I’ve experienced at other gyms and you can expect something new and different every time you go.

F45 is great. For me, as I was just getting back to the gym, it was awesome to see all different kinds of people in the classes, ranging from fit athletes to new beginners. I definitely recommend stopping by for a class and see if its right for you.

F45 Decatur is the best! From the moment you walk in you are greeted by warm and friendly trainers and gym goers alike. The trainers are personable and there to encourage and motivate you in your fitness journey. The workouts are fun, fast paced and challenging.

Great alternative to crossfit. I love the fact I can just walk in and all equipment is set out and ready to go. The fact the class is run on a schedule you know its going to end on time and youll be out of there in 45 min. Staff is friendly and provide good motivation during the class.

Very clean facility, a lot of class time options, knowledgeable and certified coaches...they are compliant with the COVID-19 protocols put in place by the state of Georgia. This is the place to be to safely get fit and have fun!!💪🏽

All of the coaches have given me so much individual instruction. The coaching staff is very consistent. They are fun and encouraging, but also knowledgeable about exercise modifications and pointers that can be done at home. Very happy with the quality (and results) I get with F45.

Matt, Shannon, and Jamie are excellent coaches! They are motivating, encouraging, friendly, and actually pay attention to your form and help you if youre doing any of the exercises incorrectly. Ive tried several F45 locations, but this one is by far the best!

The volume of your Decatur GA location is EXTREMELY high. It is violation of the Dekalb County ordinance to have music that loud at 6AM in the morning. Residents shouldnt hear this music 6 floors up. Your staff is rude, ignoring the complaints, and making excuses.

This studio is so big and so clean!!! The location is great but more importantly the exercises are excellent . MWF is cardio and Tuesday Thursday is strength which is my fav.

Updating my review after a year of membership - fantastic studio, fantastic staff, and I’ve never felt healthier in my life. I’ve tried nearly every studio in the area and these classes have the most consistent impact. The classes are always different - not only day to day, but month to month, the class structure changes and movements and equipment change so that you don’t get bored. Recommend 100%. Studio is sparkling clean and still looks brand new.

Just left my second class with this facility. The staff is super friendly and encouraging. The workouts are challenging without being deleterious. The trainers will push you to your limit and then show you how to go beyond it to excel. It feels good to look around the room and see other making break throughs inbtheir fitness journey.

This program is so dynamic but at the same time inclusive!! Since it’s time based intervals it doesn’t matter if you are super fit or if you are freshly back in fitness. Lots of modifications available to make things easier or more challenging and tons of functional movements to strengthen the whole body!

I love F45. I have been stuck in a stagnant workout routine for awhile. F45 workouts are different everyday with either a focus on strength training or a focus on cardio training. Saturdays are a combination of strength and cardio with a DJ spinning the tunes. The coaches are very motivating and super friendly. This is my workout finally!
