Great experience getting my eyes checked with them for the first time. New patient registration was easy. The staff was helpful and courteous. Doctor was transparent during the checkup and helped me make informed decisions about my eyes. Equipment and procedures are up to date and we’ll maintained. Best eye doctor experience!

Awesome place to go for eye care. Friendly staff. Dr is very nice. I absolutely despise eye Drs and actually enjoyed my visit. They work very hard to personalize your visit and help you maximize your bang for your buck when it comes to frames. The Dr is great, thorough and very knowledgeable.

I am unfortunately someone who doesn’t go to the Eye Dr. To be honest I have never been to even see one. So you can imagine my nerves were through the roof with not knowing what to expect. First Dr Teichmiller was super informative with perfect bed side manner. The staff were superb, from first walking in, going to the exam room, to picking out my glasses, to the fitting and then to leaving. The nerves just swept right away thanks to these ladies. And even though I received news I didn’t want (eyeglasses) I was able to walk out of there knowing I had some beautiful glasses coming to me soon. It was actually at random that I came to the Decatur location but I am super glad I did. The best experience I’ve ever received hands down and I would recommend them to anyone who ask. Thank you all so much for making my first experience enjoyable and less nerve racking. You guys keep up the amazing work and I hope Dr Teichmiller knows how blessed he is to have you ladies!!!!!!

The entire staff is wonderful! Dr. Teichmiller is so good at what he does! The staff will work with you on getting a good price of you don’t have vision insurance. They will make sure they get things right. Very patient, professional, and kind.

Dr. Teichmiller and his staff are AMAZING! They are super sweet and make you feel so welcomed! They have the best personalities and, you can definitely tell they all love their job! My husband has worn CRT contact lenses since he was in the 8th grade, and he was limited to what eye doctor he could go to because not all of them do CRTs. He just so happened to get a decent scratch on his eye from them one night and, could barely open his eye. So, the next morning I called his eye doctor to get him in ASAP and they said they couldnt seem him for a month! So I told him I would find a place even if we have to drive out of state, but i ended up finding the MyEyeDr office in Decatur, AL and once I gave them a call they had him in the next day!! They were just WONDERFUL! He was very pleased with his service here, and needless to say Dr. Teichmiller and his staff will continue to be his go to for all his eye care needs! He recommended I go their for my exam and, so I did and he was right I WILL NOT be going anywhere else for my eye exams! They are just super helpful, caring, and will really help you stay in your budget! Thank you all for helping me make the right decision for my eye care needs! And thank you all for treating my husband in his emergent situation when noone else would!!! Yall all would be 10s on my star chart, if there were that many to give!! Yall keep up the EXCELLENT customer service, and your kind hearts!!!!!!

The ladys upfront treated me so good and made sure I was comfortable and if I needed anything. When I got back to see the Doc he was very nice and made sure I understood everything he was about to do. I had one of the best experiences I have ever had at and eye appointment. Even with restrictions in place during Covid-19, I found the office staff and Dr. Teichmiller to be incredibly helpful and informative. I had a great experience during my eye exam and received a great discount on a combo order of new glasses and contacts.

All the workers are attentive and friendly.They take care of their eyes seriously. Ask about Mikayla because she is so helpful and knows a lot about the styles of the glasses.
