The staff and Doctor are very cordial, show a genuine sense of concern. Very thorough with visual screening and testing. Follow safety protocol concerning sanitizing and cleanliness. No problems with scheduling appointments and handling of account. Glad I’ve chosen and continue to receive my eye care services form Gailey’s.

All the staff that I encounterd were very polite and professional. They explained everything they were doing during procedures and answered all my questions.I was very impressed with the doctor. I went to Gailey in the past to remove a Chalazion (stye) and the process was quick and efficient. Fast forward to yesterday, I went in for my Lasik procedure and it was a great experience from beginning to end. The staff was very informative and the doctor was very patient and answered all my questions. Today was my post op and it went really well. I woke up with perfect vision and the post op doctor was also very informative. One of my eyes has a bit of inflammation and the doctor acted quickly to prescribe meds to clear it up. I would recommend Gailey because of the staff alone.

They will try to bill you for extra s r vices which are not usually billed seperately such as post op kit. Facility charge, and repeat refractive exams. They are only in it for the profits.

Was in there recently and had the pleasure of having the optical assistant Jacob take care of me. What stood out to me was his level of kindness and compassion he showed during my exam, hard to find that in service today. If you go here I would recommend you ask for Jacob.

Staff is super nice however the clinic might short staffed. Wait time can be a little inconvenient. Had some difficulty getting my frames ordered but I am very happy with them. Michelle at the front desk was very attentive and very kind. She helped me out so I didn’t have to wait for ever.

I was scheduled for a 2:30 appointment, I have went to the Decatur Clinic for the last 10 years. They had scheduled me for Bloomington Clinic.They said it would be another month before I could get in. I asked if I could get an eye exam as I needed new glasses, they said they were too busy.I will never go back. They were very rude. The receptionist suck.

I had a cornea transplant aprox. 5yrs ago. After a few months of being off work, my insurance ended. Still with about 14 stitches to be removed. They Refused to finish the process. I had to retire early . I still have no sight. All they had to do was continue process of removing stiches. I would NEVER RECOMMEND Hailey Eye Clinic!! NEVER!!
