Do NOT get your testing done here! The office is not open at posted times. I was here both on Friday and today (Monday) and no one is in the office. Several others came and left and rescheduled for different test centers. Very unprofessional and frustrating as my test results are due today! They won’t answer the phone either.

Very unprofessional, said on the door that plumbing issues and closed, but no update on the website. Nobody replied on the phone, wasted my time during the weekday.

Never opens on time. But always closed right on schedule. Waiting for 30-40 minutes after scheduled open time for no one to show up is not the way a “business” should operate.The disrespect is stunning.

Not open during business hours 2 days in a row. Employee in a nearby business said “yeah she’s there when she’s there” and shrugged. Extremely irresponsible for something so important. Has probably cost at least one person their job.DO NOT RELY ON THIS BUSINESS!!!

So I cant even make an appointment a day before & im breaking my neck trying to get there after work before 4:45 to take this blasted test only to find out walkins stop @12:30.... hmmm ok... so why close at 4:45 then? like seriously? “No appointments are needed”...

Came on a Saturday and it says they open at 9am but theres been a sign on the door that says out for lunch since 9:30. It is now 11:20am and still no one here. Maybe they should start looking for new employees

So I am supposed to go here for my pre-employment drug testing but I called and no one answered. I went up there and knocked on the door nobody answered. They had a sign on the window saying 1:00-1:30 lunch but I was there early in the morning and no one came to answer the door. Also the website says open on Saturday but they also have another sign on the door saying closed on Saturdays. How are we supposed to know if no one is answering calls straight to voicemail don’t waste your gas going here.

I had an awesome timely experience here this morning. She was professional and efficient. It was a easy checkin at kiosk as soon as you enter. She is a stickler on mask lol!! Wear your mask and practice social distancing.

Hello Everyone, this is one of the Best companies I have ever had the experience of working with. I was able to get my training and certification in 2months. I love the fast pace office setting. The hours work great with my kids schedule. Working M-F from 8:30a4:45pm and on Saturday from 9am-noon. Also I like when Donors schedule after hour appointments during the closed hours because I love to accommodated clients that set appointments ❤️ with me. I love my Job🤩 . I work with the best Team ever!

Here for drug screening for job that is to start in a couple of days. came yesterday afternoon, i assumed they closed early. came today at opening & they’re not opened... i think they are closed for good. or they don’t abide by hours ? unsure!

Crystal Blincoe did my training and certification for me to become a certified specimen collector for DOT drug testing. I am highly satisfied with her skill and superb customer service. She made the training fun and with lots of hands on training. She gave real life scenarios and shared her clinical experience and knowledge. She was an excellent instructor and is readily available whenever I may have a question or concern!

It was a very convenient and accessible location for me (less than 10 minute drive) and Crystal was super efficient. I was in and out of NFDS in less than 5 minutes. I would most definitely come back to this location if I have another pre-employment drug screen in the future.

Best place Ive ever been to take a drug screen! The facility was easily accessible, clean inside & out, and the customer service was great. Crystal got me in & out in 15 minutes or less! No other facility has EVER done that!

It is 2:17 pm on December 12th, 2019. As I am writing this, the staff member finally arrived to open the doors. Was waiting out in the cold, knocking and tried calling only to find out that she took extra time for a lunch break. People are paying for services so there should not be any lack of attention to customers needs. Timely professionalism is how businesses should be ran.

Arrived at 1:10pm and the office is closed for lunch. Why would you advertise your hours and not mention lunch? Why would you have a single person on staff? What are people coming on their lunch break supposed to do when the location is closed? No one available to answer the after-hours phone #.Update: Spoke with a woman on the phone who said that ~I~ am unprofessional for leaving a negative review. She said I should have called and confirmed the hours listed on their website and their FB page before coming out. The other patient in the parking lot HAD called ahead and told me that he was told that they would be there. Very unprofessional phone etiquette from the woman, who hung up on me after I said I would not remove my negative review.

Showed up at 3:45 to do an employer new hire drug screening, no one was there. Supposed to close at 4:45, and posted lunch was 1:00 - 1:30. Shutters closed, door locked, no one answering the phone. Apparently this is common based on other reviews...don’t bother driving here.
