Would rate zero stars if i could: did absolutely nothing for my on my first visit and hardly cared about what i had to say. sold me over the counter scam skin products. dont get robbed like i did. Also was CHARGED for an appointment i didnt make, but called and told i couldnt come bc of me having COVID. DO NOT GO HERE BECAUSE IF YOU HAVE A FEVER THEY WILL NOT SEE YOU AND CHARGE YOU FOR MISSING

I waited several months for a new patient appointment, which I confirmed 3 times, including the day before the appointment. Well, I just drove 45 minutes (one way) to be greeted by a dark office and a locked door. Apparently the doctor wasnt in all day and multiple people showed up for nothing, just like me. This is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. Find a different doctor.

I had a great experience. The Dr. was very good and very personable! Great office staff and nursing staff completed a great visit.A small thing, it seems like the building seriously needs a updating job! The waiting room is way too small even though they offer for you to sit next door.

Ladies in the office were very nice and helpful. Dr. Mancuso explained things very well and took time to talk to me. I would recommend. I know a lot of doctors do this, but it would ease a patients mind if they got a call regardless to if test done were negative. ( especially when has been diagnosed positive before)

Dr M. Is fuf yet professional at the same time. I think he reads his clients well, and you get the Dr you need.He has been fabulous and blunt with my teenage son which is refreshing. I am foreign so my interpretation of blunt my be different to here.I would send anyone to him that needed a dermatologist, without hesitation.Thank you Dr Mancuso you are changing our lives!

Im late in describing my first visit with Dr. Mancuso. I had a rash for about 3 months and it wasnt going away. I was soon leaving town for a special trip and needed it treated.The other dermatologists offices wouldnt fit me in for another 3 weeks! His wonderful staff accommodated my schedule, and I was able to go later in the week. He quickly idenified the problem and prescribed some lotion. I began improving immediately! He was very nice and good to me. Im calling today to see when I can schedule a skin check.

I feel very comfortable with Dr. Mancuso. He explains things to you in terms that make sense and answers all your questions. I never feel rushed and he has a great sense of humor that puts you at ease. His Decatur office staff is very friendly. I would recommend his practice to family and friends.

First impressions are huge.I arrived at 12:50 for a New Patient appointment scheduled for 1pm to find the Lights off and door locked. I arrived early to be respectful of the doctors time and cut down on my wait time.I noticed movement in the office so I quietly knocked hoping to be welcomed to fill out prescreening paper work.Instead, I was greeted with a very loud and angry yell from the other side of the door “LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!!!”Shocked by what I just heard, I waited outside. A couple of minutes go by and the office staff of 3 returns from lunch break. ( interesting that all 3 would leave at the same time and leave the desk unattended, but not my business to manage).The yell from inside came from Dr. Mancuso.... nice to meet you too. Once inside I respectfully asked the doctor if it was customary to yell at new patients to “Leave him alone” through the wall when they show up early to fill out new patient paper work.He replied “ I was on a very important phone call...... sheesh.” This was an interesting reply, because it told me first off that new patients are not very important, and that it is easier to be rude and scream at new patients than to kindly communicate with them.No apology was given or even attempted. It is NEVER EVER ok to yell at new or returning patients.I went ahead and canceled my scheduled appointment to find another provider. If this is how a doctor handles himself in small business communication setting, I have even greater reservations about his judgment of my physical health as it pertains to his standard of care.

Had a great first visit. Dr. Mancuso has a fun personality. He seams to be very thorough by ordering lab work to get to the root of the problem. Office staff was friendly and helpful. The face wash I bought has already given me amazing results!

Doctor Mancuso has treated for several different things & is very good at explaining everything he is doing to help and why. The staff is super sweet and try to help you as much as they can! Definitely recommend him to anyone wishing to find a forever dermatologist!!

I started seeing Dr. Mancuso when I started breaking out and couldn’t find a source. Then had to have a mole removed. He was very thorough and has a great personality. Never once made me feel stupid or even worried for my results to come back. His office staff has always been very friendly and most dermatology places have a forever waiting period for new patients. I only waited maybe a month to be seen! I’ve recommended him to multiple people and will continue to use his services if needs arise.

The ladies answering the phones behind the desk are not people friendly. You would think they would be nice and make you feel welcomed. I just sensed bad attitudes. Not a great 1st impression. Hopefully the doctor is better if not I will never be back.

Dr. Mancuso helped save my life! I have Stage III Metastatic Melanoma.My Story: I had a Black mole show up on my thigh, this came out of no where. It was flat but very black. I was going to watch it for changes. (Ive had several moles removed) Well, the next morning, same routine, It was raised and rough and I got scared. I called the office that morning, the ladies were amazing, AS USUAL, and they got me in. Doc put a pretty big hole in my leg to remove it. :-) He sent it out of course and the Path report came back as Nodular Melanoma. Doc immediately contacted a team of Specialists at UAB. This is so aggressive it had moved into my Lymph Nodes that quick! Because of the Urgent care Dr. Mancuso and staff provided, This has NOT metastasized to any of my organs. Thank you Dr. Mancuso and staff for the Urgent care I received. I now see him every 3 mos. for body scans. (unless I find something in between visits) I trust and HIGHLY recommend Dr. Mancuso.What the heck? I saw some reviews about this Dr. and Staff, and couldnt believe it. They are professional, kind, caring and good at what they do!AND the music in the office, really??? Who doesnt love Frank Sinatra? lol Who are these people?? He thinks he knows everything, he dont listen to a word you say and will argue with you and judge you. Ive had a rash for almost 2 years and he did nothing except sold me some $30 bottle face wash that didnt work and then tells me to stay off drugs. I dont do drugs. Im fed up, depressed, and he wants to give me samples for acne and see me in another month. This is the worst experience Ive ever had with any professional ever. Then he told me I needed to be on anti-anxiety medicine, the only anxiety I have had is dealing with this for so long. I wont be back and would not recommend!

Money hungry. Called for an appointment- all they care about is insurance. You have to pay for EVERYTHING up front, and THEN they file insurance. If insurance covers some or all, then they give you a “credit”.......um no thanks! I will go with a doctor who will treat me, file my insurance and then bill me like normal doctors. Also, front desk people were rude and unprofessional on the phone.

I went to Dr mancuso to have a full body scan for moles. I had an awesome Dr in Mississippi but moved here and he is close by my work. He was very short with me, very unprofessional, just asked me to show him the moles I wanted to looked at. Most dermatologist Ive seen over the years will look you all over. Told me I had 5 spots that needed to be removed but them told me Id have to come back one at a time for each one. He cut me off whenever I spoke or asked any questions. I wouldn recommend him to anyone. When I later asked someone about him they said he was known to be that way. So sad there are Drs out there like this.

Very friendly staff and dr. answered all my questions and was very helpful about my concerns.

We arrived at the clinic at 2:30 for my sons 3pm appointment. Was told to sit down and wait to be called. Around 2:45 i asked the lady at the front desk if i can fill out the paperworks needed for new patients and i sensed an attitude. Anyway, we waited and waited till 3:45 and she said there are 3 people ahead of us and have to wait 45 more minutes. No way in hell they can take care of 3 patients in 45 mins with just 1 doctor specially they have just seen 2 patients since we arrived aside from the 3 ahead of us. Long story short they are so unprofessional about keeping appointments.. they even have a sign saying patients will be called back by appointment NOT by time of arrival. No wonder they dont have a clock in sight. And they take your co_pay asap . Smh

Dr. Mancuso is board certified and fellowship trained. He treats all skin problems but focuses specifically on skin cancer by doing MOHS surgery.

He has helped my face tremendously! Great staff and doctor!

Great dermatologist! Hes removed 2 moles so far...one was borderline cancer, dont have results on other yet...but hes very proactive!

Been in the waiting room for well over an hour so I decided to leave a bad review, bring a pillow and blanket because this seems to be a common thing.
