First visit. I haven’t been to the dentist in awhile. Dr.Curry and chanel her assistant made me feel comfortable. They made sure i understood different procedures that could save my bad tooth. The office was also in a nice low key area with not much traffic. Office was clean and nice.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. They always do a great job and answer all my questions. Wish I could just get my parking validated!

Complete scam shop. They get you to come in based on a $79 new patient special. They take X-rays, tell me I have no cavitys and my teeth look good--but my gums would require a deeper cleaning than the basic.Then the scummy office manager comes in and tries to bully me into paying $1,700 for a deep cleaning. Yes-SEVENTEEN HUNDRED DOLLARS.When I tell him no, he comes back with the hygienist to try again to get me to pay.They refuse to touch my teeth or clean them in any way after I tirelessly refuse their $1,700. I politely ask for the basic cleaning and they tell me its not allowed.They get you in the door with a $79 offer--only to refuse you service and try to bully you into paying more.STAY AWAY. Go anywhere else.

Today was my first visit at Georgia Dental Center and I was very impressed.Everybody was very friendly, efficient and professional. I’m glad I finally found a great dentist office in my area.Definitely recommend them.

I came in for a $79 new patient special. They take X-rays and say everything looks fine, except I need a “deep cleaning” and not a regular clean.THEY TRY TO SAY THIS WILL BE $1,700.$79 to try to get you in the door, then they come in once to present the $1,700 bill….then when I say no….leave and come back in again to try and pressure me into it.They will not clean your teeth even a bit if they say you need a “deep clean”—which I’m sure they say all/most new patients need.STAY FAR AWAY from this new patient special trap.

I have been a seeing Dr Price for years, and always received great service from him, and his team. Over the past few years the staff around Dr Price changed completely, and as his name has disappeared from the door I’m assuming he has retired or moved elsewhere.I have never seen a business undergo such a negative transformation as this one. Calling to make or change an appointment is near impossible, as they do not answer their phones. Today, I had a 4:00pm appointment, and at 4:30pm I was still waiting to be seen. When I told the receptionist I wanted to cancel my appointment and be removed from their mailing list it seemed to not come as a surprise, and I got little on the way of an apology. Regrettably, I see no choice but to seek a new practice.

Best place ever! I’ve neglected going to the Dentist for years because I’m terrified of the needles BUT they make it so easy and get the job done! I’m always excited about returning to continue my journey to a healthy smile with them!

I continue to give thanks for Dr. Chong, Charity, and Sherry at Georgia Dental!!! They listen, they care, and I don’t mind going to the dentist at all! They go the extra mile and my husband and I are so thankful to have found them! Charity cleaned our teeth today and I’ve never ever been so excited to go spend time with my hygienist!

Dentist, Dr. Chung, was very thorough and knowledgeable. However, the wait time was unacceptable. Only one dentist on duty, who was servicing 3 patients simultaneously. Dentist was leaving me to go do a dental exam on another patient. Then coming back to me to finish my work. I was in the office for 4 hours today. This seems to be a problem of over-booking patients for only one dentist. This practice is too stressful for the dentist and the patient.

Overall, I had a good experience. I was a little concerned about what was being touched while working on me, even though gloves were used. I pray that EVERYTHING is wiped down after each patient, including the light and the x-ray props.

No thank you! Gross lobby furniture, rude front desk. There are plenty of nice, modern dentist around. Pick someone else!

This morning, I woke up in pain. I didn’t know which tooth it was, didn’t know why I was in so much pain but I did know that I needed to see a dentist ASAP. I called every dentist listed in my Aetna app basically begging to be seen because I knew something was wrong. From 8am- 12 pm I called Dentist i’d known my entire life trying to get squeezed in because I was in that much pain. I gave up, grew weary, but decided to try to call one more practice listed and it was the Georgia Dental Practice a live person answered my call, scheduled me for a same day appointment, and I am in the process of following instructions in order to resolve my pain. For me today that was the best decision ever and I am so grateful. Dr. Harvey was on point, I enjoyed the videos and dental operation presentations relevant to my needs and also the friendly atmosphere. Patient centered care is a big deal to me and Georgia Dental Practice is a BIGB DEAL.

Dr. Harvey and his assistant Z were absolutely amazing! They took their time and listened to my concerns and treated me as if I was family. I have always had a fear of the dentist and they have changed the way I think, their that good!! Highly recommended 😀

My first visit was an emergency from my own neglect. . It had been years since Id seen a dentist.I had the pleasure of having Dr. Harvey tend to me. He was very pleasant and got the job done. He called me as he said to check on me.I have now come to love my hygienist who is very gentle but thorough.

I love the fact that they make you feel comfortable to the point that will make you say Im not going anywhere else.

Very professional and time efficient office. I havent had work done yet but it is very clear they are good at what they do. They arraigned a step by step plan thats very simple and I look forward to getting my teeth healthy again.

While the interaction with the staff was pleasant, overall, the process is very nerve wrecking. There was too much hurry-up-and-wait. I stated the procedure I needed to have done, and answered a whole host of questions only to get referred to someone who cant even give me a consultation for over a month. Although I could have sworn that the x-rays and the recommendations and counsel from the DMD counted as a consultation, apparently the referral, leading to another consultation, cant happen for over a month. Im in pain now, and if I keep GDCs schedule, Ill be suffering for over a month. Unacceptable.

The staff at Georgia Dental Center are fabulous. They are a preferred provider of Delta Dental Insurance and did a lot of work at low and then no out of pocket cost. Three levels of the dental insurance plan are available through the health insurance marketplace, and the mid level plan makes the most sense at $21/month for a single adult. It is totally worth it. That lead me to change dental providers and I am completely satisfied with Dr. Alex Harvey. Although, I am not a fan of the tropical fruit flavored polishing compound. I will ask for mint or strawberry next time I see the hygienist.

Called earlier in wk about toothe. Told them which one and they confirmed it was tooth to be crowned. Took day from work. Get in chair. Nothing done. Overbooked!!

Great staff that does great work and Ive always felt comfortablein their care! Theyre attentive and answer all questions promptly. Unlike my previous dentist i havent felt like Im being upsold or forced into a treatment that is unnecessary and expensive.

First, I was lost and they patiently gave me directions to get to the center. Warm professional reception. The most thorough exam I’ve ever had. Loved my dental hygienist. She was personable and did a great cleaning. Loved the dentist although he only checked at the end. He and the hygienist made helpful suggestions to improve my oral health. The best thing is that I’m in walking distance to the office. I moved into the area last year and have been shopping for a dentist. I think I’ve found a home.

Had been many years since Id seen a dentist and had first appt today with Dr Harvey. Taylor was my hygienist and was wonderful! She did a great job taking all the x-rays, scans and performed the deep cleaning. Very friendly, but very knowledgeable and explained everything perfectly. Dr Harvey was a pleasure to meet, puts you at ease right away and very thorough in explaining treatment plan going forward. If youre putting off going to the dentist, dont! Felt very comfortable with their procedures for covid protection and everyone I came in contact with was a pleasure to deal with!

I have going to GDC and have seen Dr. Price for almost a decade. Dr. Price is priceless...he is one of the kindest humans and most knowledgeable dentist Ive ever seen. He is about prevention, care and provides best treatment available. Office staff is awesome too! No up-sales or unnecessary treatments... they have their patients best interest in mind.

I went in for crown appointment last week and during the treatment while the doc was working on my tooth, the equipment hit my tongue and bruised it. I didnt fell much pain since I was numb but after a few hours it really started to hurt and could eat anything for a few days.

Every member of the staff goes above and beyond to make you comfortable and safe. I’m very pleased with my experience at Georgia Dental Center.

I showed up for my 8:40 appointment today and no one was at the office. If I don’t show up, you charge me. What are you going to do to compensate me for wasting my time with you?

I thought I had found a great dentist practice for my family in the Decatur area. Unfortunately, thats not the case.This morning, I arrived on time for a 10am appointment for my new invisaligns canceled weeks ago due to COVID issues in their office. No one followed up to reschedule, which should have been a clue. Actually, there were other clues I ignored such as misinformation on my insurance coverage. I could tell by the number of clients waiting, that there would be delays. I shared that I had a quick errand to run and asked for an approximate wait time. I asked the receptionist at 10:15 for an approximate wait time which was an additional 30 minutes. I returned in 30 minutes and waited an additional 45 minutes. There were no explanations or apologies. Since this was the beginning of my invisalign journey, I decided I would be better off with a practice that values their customers experience and time. I asked to cancel and receive a refund. The receptionist stated I would be refunded all monies less lab fees. I explained that after a cancelation, waiting weeks to get another appointment and wasting an hour and a half of my time this morning, I shouldnt be out of pocket for anything. I did everything requested of me and they failed to follow through.My first appointment with this office was a superb one except for lackadaisical customer service from the front office. The hygenist was really great at her job and my brief interactions with Dr. Harvey were positive. Unfortunately, Ill never return and hopefully Im not financially screwed due to poor, poor customer service.

Dr. Price is an awesome dentist and always so nice and pleasant. He always has a friendly and professional staff also! My hygienist today was not very friendly but did a good job on my cleaning. I am so used to the ataff being more talkative and friendly and asking your preference when it comes to the cleaning. The hygienist today and I even remember if she told me her name was not what Im used too+!!!

My hygienist was knowledgable and super patient given the amount of questions I asked. My teeth were left feeling clean, healthy and surprisingly white after tooth scaling. Look forward to further visits and feel Im in good hands with Dr. Harvey and his staff

I had an infection from a bad tooth and was able to have it pulled the next morning after scheduling an appointment the previous day around 5pm. Dr. Alex Harvey is highly skilled at tooth extraction. I hardly noticed I was having my tooth pulled. He had to tell me he was done.

Dr. Price is worth the hour drive to access now that I moved. The new dental hygienist however lacks skills of professionalism. After finally bringing me back for the cleaning, she walked out and left me sitting there for nearly 15 minutes. This was after I advised her I was pressed for time to get back to work. I walked down the hallway calling for her then eventually closed out up front for Dr. Price’s excellent work. The hygienist sees me closing out, and instead of apologizing, coldly states states “I told you I would be back and had to go to the bathroom.” I will never have her clean my teeth.
