Dr Moss and the staff are amazing. My kids love going to the dentist and they are super comfortable there. Im very happy we found them.

Dr. Moss is phenomenal! My daughter is very scared of going to the dentist because of a past dental experience at another place. But Dr. Moss is always so kind and knows what to say to calm the fears. Also, the receptionist at the Decatur location is the sweetest. Every time I have to call or go in, she is polite and happy. I usually don’t get that kindness from other places. The hygienist/assistant are always sweet, as well. and knows how to talk to kids. Thank you for a great experience!

The best pediatric dentists around. The entire staff is wonderful with the kids, and so patient with kids like my son who gets scared and nervous in any medical setting. They’re also great with older children, who need gentle encouragement to do better with taking care of their teeth, without scolding them. If you don’t have a dentist for your children, or are looking for a group that is a better fit for you and your family, then you can’t go wrong with this group!

I have been taking my daughter here since she was a toddler and was always pleased with the friendliness of the staff and the dentists. But in the past few months they have changed their staff and our experience has not been so pleasant. The new dental assistants dont make an effort to to be friendly to the kids or the parents. They just clean the kids teeth and dont even smile or speak to you. Then theres the new receptionist at the front desk who has a very unfriendly personality, almost to the point of being rude. Definitely acts rude when you have to call about anything. Also, the past 3 appointments Ive had I have not gotten reminder texts from them. Ive given them my new number 3 times now and they still had it wrong in their system. I think its time to change dentists.

Love Alabama Pediatric Dental Associates!! They are always so friendly and fast! I will never take my children anywhere else! They feel very comfortable going to the dentist here! Not scared at all! ❤

Best dentist for my children! I get to go back with them , they are confortable the entire time. I always am informed about everything they are doing! If you havent taken your children to them or are in need of a dentist I highly recommend them!

Love this place!! The hygienist that cleans my sons teeth each time (I think her name is Julie😬) is amazing! He is so shy and scared of everything! Each time she cleans his teeth she makes him feel so comfortable. She explains everything she is doing in a way that he will understand and talks about each tool before she uses it. She played with him and his car in the floor while waiting for the dentist. That meant the world to me!! She even had him talking to her and let her hold him. I was so surprised! Dr Moss was also amazing and so friendly and took the time to ask both my children questions to make them comfortable! Love this place and I wouldn’t take my kids anywhere else!

The office staff are incredibly nice! We use Jamie as our hygienist and she always does a great job! We love Dr Lackey as well! We have not had a bad experience with anyone!

My kids had such a positive experience here. They can’t wait to go back for their next check up. The staff is fun and friendly. They did such a great job helping my son with autism feel more comfortable.

For a pediatric dentist they are not too worried about making the child or parents feel informed or reassured in the procedures. We got the the, “This is what we are doing or you can go somewhere else.” Would not recommend for parents that want to be informed on the details of what their child will be going through.
