This is actual Georgia Behavioral Health. Note they dont list a website here. Its because people will search for and find real reviews of this place. You will need additional therapy after visiting this office.Rude and condescending are the only ways to describe the staff and receptionists who work here. They will LAUGH at you if you dont show up with paperwork, will take forever to get you said paperwork, then tell you to reschedule your appointment.Help yourself by seeking help somewhere else.

We have entrusted the care of our three boys to Dr. Sanders since our 18-year-old was 4 years old. Since starting his own practice, he now manages my needs as well. He is extraordinarily perceptive, knowledgeable and caring. He is straightforward in his interactions and has been an invaluable part of our lives. I highly recommend Dr. Sanders to anyone who will listen!

The providers are awesome however the customer service is awful. After requesting a simple patient release form multiple days and in multiple forms( I.e. email by phone and leaving a voice message) and being told they will email me one right away.. shocker- I have still yet to receive it. It has become more of a hassle to get a form than to find a McDonald’s that has a working ice cream machine

Can’t say enough about this great place! Dr. Sanders is the best. So genuine and caring. Rachel Waford for therapy has also been incredible, responsive and very helpful. You couldn’t be in better hands. We drove an hour each way to come here!

I am the parent of 4 children with special needs. We began seeing Dr. Roy Sanders in 2006. He is an expert with medication management and providing useful recommendations for autism, ADHD, sleep issues, anxiety, depression, reactive attachment and more. His office staff is extrememly professional and helpful. Convenient office hours make hos office even more accessible for our busy family. Thank you, Sandra Riggs

If there was an option to give less than one star I would. I have been going here for a while but I’m finally done. I have given them thousands of chances. 1. They are terrible about answering the phone 2. They are terrible at doing refills3. They don’t take Cigna insurance (which is quite a bit of money for only 15 minutes of being there)4. The lady who is now in charge of refills by phone is extremely rudeMy last straw,My life over the past month has been extremely hectic, with moving out of my parents house and in with my boyfriend, my new job, problems with the new apartment, problems with new job, etc. I was asked to make an appointment within that month (even though I had just seen my psychiatrist little under 2 months ago) and so near the end of the month I had about a week left of my medication and I realized I had never called to set up an appointment well I called made an appointment, the earliest one that fit my work schedule was over 2 week out and then was forwarded to the medication refill line (brand new btw). I was told that they couldn’t give me more than 2 days of meds, I politely asked just for enough to cover me until my appointment and then I would get more once they saw me (keep in mind I have been with them for 4 years now) and the women, I believe her name is Danielle rudely told me she could only give me two days. Now I was begging, I pleaded that I couldn’t be without my meds for 8-10 days was there anything she could do? She told me very rudely that no she could not and then hung up on me (without even giving me the two days she previously told me she could give me). I am done. I found a primary care doctor that is prescribing me a month of meds so I can find a new psychiatrist. So I will be back on my meds soon enough, I am already starting to feel withdrawal symptoms after 3 days of being off them.
