I was a little reluctant to get my lashes done for the first time, but Chelsea gave me exactly what I asked for and I have been going back ever since. Love Love “The Lab”! My second time getting Lash extensions here. The atmosphere is great! Chelsea makes you feel at home, I feel like I’ve know her forever! Just the conversations makes the time go by so I don’t feel like I’ve been lying there for hour or two. She does my lashes just as I want and she also educates! Glad my daughter referred me to her!

LOVE LOVE LOVE. Every visit is relaxing and always leave with some bomb lashes. The retention is also great, this is a big thing for me and I am always pleased with how long they stay on for! Chelsea is very experienced with some years under her belt doing lashes so I would definitely recommend her to anyone!

Absolutely amazing work Ive been to several lash techs at different locations and I can hands down say she is the best I came to her after experiencing pain my first time getting them with another tech at a different studio and after talking to her she explained what was causing the pain and how her technique is different she also explained how her lashes were different and better quality and that was very evident even before she put them on. I did after the try other locations simple because I worked a very weird schedule and it was hard to get an appointment when I was off but each time I regret it and go back to her. Her price is a little higher than a lot of places but she is very educated in what she is doing a wonderful artist and has the best lashes themselves so I say pay the girl what shes worth and just enjoy it.

I have been getting lashes for several years and just started going to Chelsea. I love my lashes and the retention is great. It is always a fun and relaxing experience. She is very flexible and always accommodates me needing late evening appointments.

Today I came here to get my lashes done for the first time and Chelsea made the experience amazing for me. I have been getting my lashes done for years. I went to Arizona State and have seen many lash artists in both Arizona and Alabama. This was by far the best experience I have ever had. I had “clusters” put on by someone recently who it was my first time using and they weren’t the actual single extensions. Long story short they were destroying my lashes. Today, I learned so much about lash care and Chelsea took them off complimentary and redid a whole set for me and I was only charged for the fill I booked for. She took her time and explained the process to me and I now have a better understanding of eyelash extensions and the care of them. I have never experienced someone being so nice to me and service this exceptional. I will now be a regular client of hers coming from Florence. They are the fullest I have ever seen them and the quality of lashes she’s uses is the best I’ve ever had. 10000% recommend The LAB and especially Chelsea!

I got my lashes done for the first time In my life and the lady ended up messing them up,I thought I was done with trying someone else but started researching another place and came across the LAB ,going into my appointment nervously,but Chelsea checked all of my boxes,she was very friendly and funny and our conversations started flowing easily,and she answered all of my questions and took my fears away,so lets say this is my number 1 spot now and I have been going here for about 4 months or so and would never go anywhere else they are best and i would recommend them to anyone without any doubt,yall rock ❤😁

I made an appointment with Chelsea after a recommendation. I received a classic set on a Tuesday. They looked great . After waking up Wednesday morning more than half of them had fallen out. They did not get wet and I slept on my back. I messaged her immediately to find out what was wrong and she stated it was the glue not mixing with the humidity . She stated she would fill in what was lost. However due to her training more staff she couldn’t fit me in u til the next Tuesday. I was still understanding even though I had to go through both my birthday and Easter weekend looking like Amy Winehouse. After giving me options for times I told her which one worked and that was the last I heard from her. As the day drew closer I attempted to co dirk multiple times both with messenger and contacting the phone number on her page. After no resolution I left a review on the lash and brow lab fb page, in which she responded by removing the feature of receiving reviews. As a person who has worked in this industry before when there’s an error with the product or anything proper business and basic human etiquette would be to fix the issue. This was the worst money I have spent in a long time and I will not recommend her nor be back. This is terrible terrible service. I’m a very understanding person , things happen but blatantly ignoring the client you messed up and refusing to fix it is unacceptable!!!!

I used to go to a large lash chain in Huntsville 45 min from where I live. I got tired of all the corrections I had to keep asking for because their lashes wouldn’t stay on! Chelsea is the absolute best lash artist I’ve ever been to in the two years I’ve had mine on! She’s fun to talk to and the quality of her products blows everyone out of the water! She even rescued me when I had a grill accident that burned my lashes and melted them down to a glob within 12 hours of my mishap! She’s amazing!!

I love The Lab! Chelsea has always treated me like family, and she does such an amazing job! Chelsea is the most talented lash artist I have ever met and I always feel like I got my moneys worth when I leave! I will be a customer for life!

Chelsea is honestly my favorite person to go to for my lashes. she is down to earth and very talented. i have been to multiple places to get my lashes done and they always looked too fake and felt terrible on my eyes. but chelsea’s lashes feel and LOOK like real lashes! she’s so fun to talk to- i’ve never had a boring or dull visit with her. we always find something to talk about, she’s just so friendly! she’ll do whatever you ask for (i love the cat eye) without disappointment. i would definitely recommend chelsea to anyone that needs their lashes done. YOULL LOVE THEM!!!!

Had gaps within 3 days from loss. Never answer the phone or return calls. Canceled my appointment on me last minute without so much as a phone call so I drove 40 minutes for nothing. Now I gotta wear my lashes like this another week until I can get an appointment with someone else.

They ARE TOO BUSY to get an appointment you need wait and make the appointment with week before.,,,IF THEY DONT CANCEL YOU,,, BUT do excellent work only need more available time

My getting ready time has cut down dramatically and I’ve gotten so many compliments on my lashes since I have gotten them.
