Ive been getting my hair cut and coloured by Angela for a few years now and have always been pleased with the results. Angela is awesome with colour: Ive done multiple shades of brown, burgundy, purple, blue and each time with great results.

Ive used Sofias shop, almost since it opened in the 90s at this location. Sofia is very efficient, very thoughtful and always gives me a great haircut!

I made an appointment with Angela after using the same stylist for over 20 years. My work schedule changed as did his, so... She does great work, listens to you, and is a definite asset. I will continue to use Angela hopefully for the next 20 something years.

What a find! On a whim I decided to have my hair cut, I have seen this shop for a few years in passing to my daughters house, I love Aveda products and decided to give them a call. Lucky for me there was an opening with Natasha. I went in with a way to dark box color and grown out cut with no style whatsoever. Natasha corrected by color gave me a fabulous bob and jazzed up my color. What a superb job! Can’t thank her enough! Highly recommend!

I thought people went to school in order to learn how to do all types of hair. I Walked in there today and they told me they do not feel comfortable doing my curly hair. I was like my hair is straight though and they ladies still told me to go somewhere else. So as a black women to have a white women turn me away because I am black I am completely disguised. Will not recommend them at all I will take my black money and black identity somewhere else

You can tell a lot about a person (or business) by how they do the little things.Natasha manages my eyebrows for me (I’m an older guy with “old man eyebrows”). She has consistently given me exceptional service at a ridiculously reasonable price. I’ve been to several other salons where they didn’t understand my needs and/or didn’t give what I wanted and charged more. Natasha took the time to talk with me and understand what I wanted, rather than what she thought I should have. I’m sure she provides the same level of service and understanding doing her “real” job of being a hairdresser. (PS - she doesn’t cut my hair because there little to cut - sigh).

Great experience with Ms. Sophia and Ms. Natasha. Have a short haircut and can go up to 1,5-2 month looking pretty good. Love this place dearly. Reasonably priced, great service.

Sophia, the owner, is a gem who always puts the customer first. The salon is laid back and friendly and reflects Sophias personality. She has cut my hair and my childrens hair for years and it always looks great. They will always accommodate last minute appointments if they can. Prices are quite reasonable and the quality cant be beat.

They are the best in town. A very clean low key place with all natural treatments. The stylists are knowledgeable and experts in various Aveda treatments. They are a local professional salon with exceptional service. Reservations are recommended although walk in are welcome. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have been coming to Angela for cut and color for years, and I have never had a bad experience! She is so great at what she does, and I look forward to coming in to chat with her about nonsense while she does my hair! I also get too many compliments on my color to count. As a bonus, the owners cute dog is always about, and while I have never gotten my hair cut by Natasha, she is a fascinating person to chat with when the salon is empty! Love, love, love ANB!!

Elena was fabulous at my hair color and cut. I get blonde highlights and I’m very picky and she did a wonderful job listeneing to how I wanted them and doing that. She’s also very good about customizing suggestions for color tones that compliment your skin tone and ways to help you look younger along with cuts that work with your face shape. I highly recommend seeing her!

I moved back to town a few months ago from a town where I loved my stylist. I kept dragging my feet about finding a new one here in the Decatur area. I am so glad I found A Natural Buzz and only wished I had tried it sooner. Natasha listened to what I wanted and gave me a color and cut that look both natural and professional and easy for me to style myself in one of several ways. I absolutely love my hair and will be back!

Sophia has cut my hair three times now, and Ive left happy each time. This is a small, unassuming salon, and everyone here is down to earth and friendly. The prices are incredibly reasonable compared to other salons in Atlanta ($40 for a cut). I have a very short pixie cut, along with very thick hair. Its really easy for me to tell if a stylist is good or not based off of how well my hair grows out between cuts. With many stylists, my hair would become bushy and unmanageable after just three weeks, forcing me to schedule another hair appointment in less than a month. Not so at Natural Buzz! Here, I go every six weeks, and my hair is easy to work with and looks great for the entire time between appointments, not just the day or two after. This is definitely a keeper, and Im so glad that I stumbled upon it!

I walked in here without an appointment and luckily they had availability. The salon has cute murals inside and it was very cozy. Natasha, the hairstylist, was nice and she gave me a great haircut.

I wish I had been going here all along. I used to go to much more expensive salons and Id get pretty typical highlights and cut. Turns out they had been slowly damaging my hair every time I got it colored. I went to Elena at A Natural Buzz for the first time today and not only walked out with a better color but also healthier shinier hair and a lot of education on how to keep it healthy. She also spent much longer on my hair than Ive ever had before but it was because she was gently letting it air dry to minimize damage. Ive never had someone care so much about my hair. I highly recommend this place and I highly recommend Elena (I could be spelling it wrong).Its a really friendly place that has a lot more warmth than the other salons Ive gone to.

Wonderful local place serving as an Aveda Salon. Sofia has cut my hair for several years. I always enjoyed the Aveda mens products and with shorter hair, this is a rare luxury for me.

We moved thirty minutes away and still get our haircut here. We have been told of closer places, but when I find good people at a good company. I stick with them.

I love going here and Natasha is awesome. She listens to me and gives great advice for my hair.

My husband and I have both gotten our hair cut by Sophia and both loved her and thought she did a great job. The salon is nice, easy to get to, easy to park, and the prices are very reasonable.

Walks in NOT welcome! Appears their sign is a lie. I waited patiently in their parking lot and walked in right as they opened. The Eddie Munster looking lady told me Id have to wait over an hour even though the place was literally empty. The other lady just stared at me like a deer in the headlights and mumbled something toward me. What a waste of my time.

Came here to repair a bad cut from a barber in Avondale. Got a great cut, exactly what I asked for form Sophie.
