I visited Dr. Tukel on 2/15/21. Great doctor but office is a mess; staff is rude. Especially girl in front who answers the phone. Eye glass center is a joke. Promised my eyeglasses in 10 days over 1 month later no glasses and no calls to me with an explanation. I had to call myself on two different occasions to check on the status and was told that I should write a review/call VSP as they dont have a choice on labs. Well you do have a choice on whether or not you call your patient and keep them updated of delays. I will never be back. I just cant see wasting my time.

Dr Tukel is very good and professional

I sat in waiting room 1:45 hours??Yes the Front desk is rude and billing is a mess.Dr is good but not worth it. Go find someone else.

Tukel is an incredible doctor, very intelligent and experienced. However; his staff is very unpleasant. On three separate occasions, they asked the same questions about my insurance. Theyre unashamed about being rude especially over the phone. And instead of discussing and problem solving, they will repeat a scripted response for issues.For these reasons, I will not pursue lasik here... Sorry Tukel but I cannot deal with your staff.

Dr tukel is great. I feel very confident in his care and the office is very well kept. I would recommend!

I was treated so nicely and they made me feel very welcome and I would recomend my friends and family to be treated by Dr. Tukel and his staff. Very pleased.

Dr. Tuckel and his staff are great at what they do, however, everytime I visit the clinic I end up waiting an average of an hour and a half even with an appointment set up.
