I often go to this health food store for my needs. Good selection of products. Friendly service.

Friendly staff and great selections. Wide Variety of alternative medicine and vitamins. Also lots of options of healthy snacks, desserts and drinks. The staff is also knowledgeable and provide good advice on what option to go with.

Best health store always have what I need and the ladys are always very helpful and nice.

Today was my first time at the Dearborn location. I was helped by Alex. He was very nice & knowledgeable of the items I wanted and the location of the items. He made it very easy to shop. I will be returning.

I love going here and the people are helpful plus Yogi tea was on sale.

I walked into the store and was not greeted but thats probably because the cashier was to busy on the phone gossiping. Furthermore, as I looked around no one asked me did I need any assistance so I left. I will not be returning!

The sales/service staff are professional, knowledgeable and respectful. I am usually greeted with a warm hello when I enter the store. They have a great selection of health food items and supplements. If a product is out of stock, they will notify you when the product arrives or if they do not sell it, in many cases they will offer to order it for you. Their website is very helpful and the information on it... in my experience using it, is up to date. You cant ask for more than that. Enjoy a pleasant shopping experience in a good environment.

I love better health store because the employees are very helpful with alot of knowledge with assisting me with the great products they sale and i have been a loyal customer for 8 years with excellent customer service skills and friendly with big smiles. Also i love going to their seminars because they tell you alot of information on being healthy with great organic foods.

One of The worst customer service establishments that Ive ever experienced! I cant say that I will not patronize any more better health facilities, however I will say that I will not return to that location. The young lady was so disrespectful and mouthy! I called about a product when I was within 1mile of the store. She told me it was in stock. When I arrived, I went to the freezer section and didnt see it. I ask her could she show me because I had just called. She refuse to show me. I asked a 2nd time after explaining that I had looked! She finally went to the meat section and said well it was here. If someone took it that fast thats weird! I just seen it. Constantly talking negative. Not one apology or we should have more soon or nothing. She needs coaching an training. She does not need to come in contact with customers! Simply rude!

Ive been shopping at this store for a few years now, I would pay higher prices due to proximity, but recently, the customer care has declined. Ill take the drive to shop at zerbos going forward.

Always seems like I am not suppose to be there when I go in. Usually watch me to see if I am stealing or my questions are unworthy of getting complete answers. I get it, I am not always wearing my professional attire or with my wife who never has the issue I have.Due to proximity I go anyways rather than driving farther away to a competitor.Perhaps I should spend another 15 minutes in car and go to competitor.Never to rarely have those issues there.

Small selection and everything is higher than the vitamin patch in Ferndale. Ugh essence ph 10 with hibiscus is 2 for 5 at most 5.39 for 2. This is 5.39 each...why is it so much😑. Im going to have to go all the way to Ferndale do all my health shopping there and haul it all back. Ugh...im annoyed.

A wide selection of healthy food and nutritional items. Some items are a bit pricey but they have great coupon and sale offers available.

Most of the workers dont seem to care there are a few that will help you the prices are way too high
