A $15 haircut is unbeatable in this day and age, but my reason for a 3 star rating is because Ghada rushes the entire process. This was the quickest haircut of my life, and I had long, waist length hair! I kid you not I was in and out within 5 minutes! She could’ve done a much better job if she took a little more time.

Love this place have been going here for years well over 7 years Love the eyebrows that I get done here as well as they have multiple services.They cut kids hairs And they also do kids and adult ear piercings multiple hair treatments that they as well as waxing. They are all polite especially Ghada I would recommend this place to anyone

WILL NEVER GO BACK First time in salon for full face wax. By the time I paid and got in my car I had bumps all on my face. I have been taking benadryl for 2 days .now they are itchy and hurt. I have never experienced something like this and I get my face waxed all the time. I repeat WILL NEVER GO BACK. Dont recommend this place

Before coming to this place, I read the reviews. There’s some bad ones, but there’s some good ones too. So I decided to visit Ghada’s and see for myself. Well, I absolutely loved it!!! They’re so nice and helpful, and they do an amazing job! My hair looks awesome! They were so nice to me and to my kids too.They open 7 days a week, and you can get whatever you need done here. They do hair, nails, wax, ears pierced and even tanning! I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

While Ghada was very nice and gentle and patient with the piercing she gave me, Im giving her 2 stars because she should know better than to pierce ears with a gun.I wish I knew earlier that gun piercings damage tissues and shatter cartilage - ear lobes may be acceptable with a piercing gun but definitely nothing else. Furthermore, the quality of the studs used with guns is low and not ideal for healing.Go to a professional piercer where they can pierce you with a needle and give you good quality earrings.And Ghada, stop piercing people with guns!

My wife came here to cut her hair. She came out looking more of a goddess, they did a good. She was extremely happy with what she got. Shes for sure coming here again. Also, I think, (dont hold me to it because Ive never personally been there), this is a woman only business because some of their customers are Arabic Muslim woman.

Ghada is incredibly rude. I can’t believe this place is still standing and that they continue to get business. It baffles me that people witness her appalling attitude and turn the other cheek. I have literally sat in the waiting area and heard her come trash talk her clients that are being prepped in the back room. Her personality is awful. Look elsewhere there are far too many salons in Dearborn that offer a pleasant experience don’t waste your time or money here.

I go here for my haircuts and eyebrows. My eyebrows can be a hit or miss depending on Fadyas mood but if you say something on her miss days she usually fixes it.my hair is always on point, won’t go anywhere else for that service. The reason I gave them a 3 star is because I took my 15 month old to cut his hair and it was horrible, I hated the cut. Took him else to get it fixed.

Lady that does the eyebrows there is horrendous. Has Absolutely no skill whatsoever. In and out in 5 min and they’ll look like a straight line. Avoid this place. I was warned but I decided to give it a shot. Big regret

Worse service ever, beforehand I called she told me the wait would not be long for doing my eyebrows and upper lip. When I get there she tells me 40 minute wait so she tells me if you have stuff to do go do it and come back in 40 minutes I’ll do it right away . I go and come back to have me sit there for 50 minutes waiting while other customers come in and she trims there hair for them so I can’t wait much longer I decide to go ask her when she will do them for me she then looks at me and walks away and says next customer for hair trim! The service here is outrageous and unprofessional I do not recommend at all! They gave false info and disrespected me. Don’t waste your time going here!

If I could give them a 0 rating I would. I got a blow dry from them. They charged my friend $35 and was trying to charge me $45 and settled on $40. They shift their prices but they claim they charge $45. My blow dry looks like something a toddler can do. I wish I could post a picture of this tragedy. Please keep your money and do not go to them. Not only do they not deliver but your money will go down the drain.

Ghadas haircuts are amazing. She is the only stylist that listens to the customer and discusses realistic expectations for your hair. I am shocked at the poor reviews. I have gone to her twice and both times my cut was on point. Plus you cant beat $10 for a cut! She is worth the drive!

I went to Ghadas my first time this week to get my eye brows and upper lip done. I was amazed at how quickly I was helped by the employees and most off all the great job she did on my eye brows. I will most definitely be going back. While this salon is a little out of my way its worth it! Great quality, great service, great prices, and professional atmosphere!!

Just left this place today with the intent of getting a haircut for both my boys. I walked in at 4pm and told “Ghada” the owner what I wanted done and then asked how long the wait would be. She replied while smirking and giggling, that she doesn’t cut young children’s hair after 1pm and explained that she had a “time limit” for children as young as my 13 month old because “they’re too hard” for her to handle. She explained it by pointing at my son saying, “especially that one, they’re hard at that age”. That’s disgusting of her to even say and so rude in so many ways. She ONLY takes cash and expects you to pull out money from the ATM she has available in the salon. Can’t afford a credit card machine but went out and bought an ATM for her clients to use, hmm sounds pretty suspicious.

Ghada is wonderful and she is always joking and talking with customers. I drive from Grand Rapids to have my hair cut at her shop. Value wise this is the best and I always love my hair cut.

Like any mom I want the nicest hairstyles there is for my kids, but I have a 5-year-old with autism, and he made it very difficult for every hairdresser hes seen to cut his hair (and has been rejected because of his erratic behavior), never mind adding any addition to style his hair. But after taking him to Ghada since the summer of 2018, I didnt look back since. Shes very thorough and cuts his hair even with all his struggles, and that means so much to me! Because I still want him to look his best no matter what. Thank you so much Ghada!! And for those sensitive over trivial matters: call and ask when to come and ALWAYS ask the age limit for children. Just because its an Arab hair salon doesnt mean etiquette should be left aside. Treat every business like any other and stop the pettiness. I come all the way from Ann Arbor to get my sons hair cut and I always call before I do.

I have been cutting my hair with Gada since i was 5 years old!! Now she is cutting hair for my kids. Gada Salon has the cheapest prices for the best job.Great team work Gada and Fadia. My family and I have received unequivocally rude treatment from staff in here multiple times, as have many other reviewers as evidenced by the many testimonies here on Google reviews including those of women who simply walked out; walk out of this place; hateful women dont deserve your money.My wife felt mistreated by the women working here until they discovered she was a physician. They were short with her and did not listen. She expressed that she felt the mistreatment was ethnically-motivated (as also other women here on Google attributed the rudeness to bigotry). Strangely, they changed their behavior when they discovered her profession. Ghada is not nearly as rude as her sidekick is. The ugly-hearted assistant is the problem.The helper here yelled at my beautiful daughter with hostility, not respectful assertiveness. The underling stares at me incessantly when I enter, making me feel judged. I make eye-contact; and she commands me to sit down. Dont speak to people in the imperative mood. Dont stare at people you hate. When the woman told me to sit down, I walked out. I dont pay apparently discriminatory hateful women my hard-won money.

I felt really uncomfortable my entire experience. She kept making rude comments and telling me I hadnt washed my hair in 5 days.. even after I had told her i had just washed it before I got there. It was clear she didnt have experience working with South Asian hair. I went there to get my hair styled for a formal event and I left leaving super depressed, which is sad because she actually did my hair really well. Stay away from this place if you want to feel good about yourself.

I have been getting my eyebrows done and haircuts at Ghadas hair salon for about 7 years now and they’re amazing at what they do. People complement my eyebrows all the time after Fadia shapes and cleans them. Not to mention how fast my hair grows back after Ghada trims my curly hair. Really recommend this place.

I love this salon I have been cutting my hair by Ghada since I was 7 years old 23 now and my two children go there. The salon has very fair prices. I always get compliments about my hair and especially my eyebrows. She is a very sweet lady has smiles always on her face, good to children. Ghada is very dedicated to her job when she was battling cancer she loved cutting hair so much that she used it as a tool to help her get away from cancer.

I couldnt disagree more with the last two people. Ghada is extremely friendly and social and just likes to crack jokes. She cuts hair great and the other reviews are just overreacting. I highly recommend this salon for anyone!

I have been going to Ghadas since I was in high school. Her and Fadia have always been bright and welcoming everytime Ive walked in the door, regardless of what is going on in their personal life... which we share as Ive known them so long!! Shes great with kids, teens, men, and women (even my picky mother who loves her!). Ghada has done every style, cut and color (also, color correction) on me and I NEVER got to anyone else for eyebrows.

Very unprofessional. With so salons around who can cut kids hair and we went to this place and was mistreated. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Very rude from ghada and my kids have gotten their cuts from her before but this would be the last time they walk into this place. Once we noticed how rude she was we left and I went to another salon down the road.

The last time i was at ghadas hair salon was the last time ill step foot in that place. I wanted ghada to give my 4 year old daughter a hair trimm. She proceeded to flip my daughters hair back and forth with her hands and say, “what is this?”. She was referring to my child having thin hair. She’s extremely rude and overbearing!!!! Is that her being funny? I dont think so!!! Needs to be a level of professionalism at a salon. I was reading one of the comments left from one of the patrons about the attitudes of the workers. They feel they are doing the customers a favor. This observation was so true!

I have gone to Fadia for 10 years for my eyebrows and I would never go anywhere else. Ghada has never been rude and actually has stayed open when I was running 15 mins late for Fadia to do my eyebrows. I dont get my hair done there cause I have a different lady for that. This was my go to place for years! Until most recently I realized that their arrogance is above their customer service, I asked them for a pixie cut they did not give me this and tried to convince me that what they gave me which was literally less than a 3 minute haircut was better than what I had asked for, not only that but they made racist remarks to me about my religion saying that Im not a real Muslim because I wasnt born Muslim (Im a convert) and they indicated that me taking off my hijab was because of it not being my religion 🙄. For years I was forced to go to salons who accommodated hijab but since I took my hijab off I decided to go somewhere else and was shocked at the difference in service, Im sorry but in my experience with Ghadas I just accepted whatever.. Anyway, I went a couple days after leaving Ghadas to another salon and learned what an amazing salon experience should be like and got the perfect haircut for me..
