I payed $50 for my eyelashes (2 packs) and my eyebrows and they both looked horrible. The new eyelash tech had a poor attitude and it reflected in her work. I got my eyelashes done on a Thursday and by Sunday they where LITERALLY hanging on by a thread, they looked like a really cheap strip. I returned that same week and they “fixed” them but they still just aren’t up to par. I’m still disappointed with the outcome. My eyebrows were ok,a little thin, lopsided and unevenly plucked but I made due with my eyebrow pencil. Definitely won’t be back I’m still looking for a permanent home for these services 😩 the picture is from 4 days after they were “fixed” the other eye is just as bad

I have about a year going here to get my eyebrows done and I went today to get them done. The lady took off a lot of my eyebrows made them thin especially the middle portion of my eyebrows. Also, they change theyre price is high I pay 15 dollars for my eyebrows

I have been using this salon since 2008. When I say LOVE I mean LOVE the entire staff. I first came for a color correction my hair was severely damaged Mauede literally brought my hair back to life. I am ashamed to say I don’t self care as much as I should lol nay nay! HOWEVER EVERYTIME I go to beautify myself it’s here! I have driven from Ohio to get my hair colored and in over a decade have not allowed another place to style and ESPECIALLY dye my hair. I love how honest and forthcoming the staff is about possible damage certain things can be to your hair regardless of wether it will cost them money by advising you the sometimes “cheaper” yet safer and healthier option for your hair. Hands down the best hair salon and customer service and just overall great experience!!!! Thank you guys so much for making me feel beautiful each and every trip.

I heard good things about Millenium and since I was in the area, I decided to try them. I walked in to get my eyebrows waxed and was immediately serviced. No wait, which I thought was great. I was highly disappointed to find out that they reuse the waxing stick repeatedly. That’s highly unsanitary. I don’t think it matters if you use alcohol to wipe my eyebrows down before and after the service. This also seems like the norm as the other waxing person does the same. Not sure they’re following Covid protocol either as they did not wipe my table down before I laid down on it. Also, I saw Miriam and unfortunately, she did a horrible job with my eyebrows. I could have tweezed it at home myself, waste of $10. I would not recommend this salon.

Ive been coming to Millennium since I was 18 (now 30), for eyebrow, lip, chin, and underarm waxing!! Aoula, Mauede, and Mariam are my go tos. Not knocking the others ladies in the shops craft, but Aoula slays on eyebrows!!!

MARIAM MESSED UP MY EYEBROWS! I asked her to do them thick and straight but instead she did them SUPER thin and arched! I had been growing them out for about 5-6 months for her to mess them up in .5 seconds. I have gone here before, after growing them out for a while, and they were done PERFECT by a lady who I remember was blonde, but, when I went to get them done by MARIAM who was supposed to be the best, SHE MESSED THEM UP! I am super upset and will never make the same mistake to get them done by her again! The first picture is how MARIAM did them and the second pic is how the blonde lady did them. CAN YOU TELL WHY I AM UPSET?

Im been coming here for the last 20 years to get my eyebrows arched. Everyone here has great skills. Ive gone to every eyebrow technician and they all have the talent of making your eyebrows spectacular. I also have gotten the microblading service and Maude does an amazing job. This is my second time receiving the service and Im even more amazed from the results than the first time. Maude knows what she is doing.

I always go to Miriam for my brows. Shes the best. I did have others but didnt like my experience with them. I wont say why. The 5 star is for Miriam

I’ve been coming to this salon since I was 16 years old, Im 32 now and I’ve never been unhappy with any service I’ve received from Maude or any of the girls there. From eyebrow waxing, hair, makeup and recently micro blading. Never had a problem. Maude, the owner, is very professional and super sweet. After seeing my eyebrows my mom and sisters insisted I take appointments for them with Maude as well. They were very happy with their results! I definitely recommend...you will not be disappointed 😊

Got my Eyelashes and eyebrows done here September 22,2020 and paid for tint on eyebrows my Eyelashes fall off yesterday on September 30,2020..the tint all came off the next day September23..my lashes usually last 3weeks to a month..i want waste my money here. I paid 40 dollars for the work and it didnt last..i never wet my lashes or eyebrows..i always wash around them..and they still fall out...i am so done with going back here.

Was recommended to this shop brows and lashes. Was skeptical about the lashes because everyone on the list only requested brows. That was sign number one. The only black girl was the one who did them. She kept asking me did they look good. I asked her about 3 times to fill them in. After that I got my brows done which were amazing and only took 10 minutes and I paid, tipped both ladies and left. I went home, did not go out or do anything to mess them up and the whole lash fell off. I mean both of them were lifting and fell off overnight. Now here is where the customer service comes in. My time is precious, so when you mess my lashes up, you should be fixing them and not stopping in between to run your mouth and sip fruit smoothies. No ma’am, you’re on a job and have a break for that. If they don’t give you a break then you need to report them and this is to the Arabic girl who did my lashes, after the black girl got an attitude and basically tried to make it my fault for a full set of lashes falling off. Needless to say I will NEVER come here again. First and last time. 2 stars is for the lady who did my eyebrows

The owner Maude is exceptionally sweet, passionate and Great at her craft, which in turn sets the tone for all of her employees to follow her lead and raise their talents, professionalisms and work ethics, to and above/beyond the bar she has set. The prices, customer service, cosmetology skills and the aesthetics of the salon are all amazing. I love that It’s a very diversified setting, with women from all different walks of life and cultural backgrounds as patrons and employees. Their all female staff are very welcoming, professional and accommodating to clients and because they understand the needs of clients, whom are moms they allow you to bring your kids in, while you’re being serviced and still manage to keep the place spotless lol. I went and got my hair and make up done for my wedding. They did a great job, the only problem I had was, they continually stop doing work and look on their phones, talk to each other in another language, and theyll stop to go eat in the middle of hair! Who does that??Anyway, they asked me what time I had to leave i told them and i still had to race to the church, because the lady wouldnt stop taking pictures, and stopping in the middle of hair. Swear to God she took over 100 photos of me.I give 3 stars for the quality of hair and make up.

Mariam consistently does a great job waxing my brows. As far as lashes, it depends on who you get. Leelee was awesome, but shes not there anymore😒 I had Gabby, but I was not satisfied with how she did my lashes. I told her and she told me they were crooked because I blinked. That is why they get 3 stars. I dont recommend Gabby at all. Maria is a good lash tech as well.....

I learned about Maude from a coworker who had microblading done. Once I saw my coworkers brows and heard about her experience I went on Groupon and purchased the microblading and six week touch up. I called and was able to get an appointment in a matter of days. Although, I was nervous my experience turned out to be better than expected. Maude explained the process thoroughly and asked me what I wanted and recommended what worked best for my face. She took measurements and made sure everything was perfect. I loved my brows after my first visit and the touch up made me love them even more. Maude is such a kind spirit and does great work! I recommend her to anyone that is interested in microblading. I will definitely be back!

DO NOT GO HERE for micro blading Maude the owner messed up mine and my mother in-laws she sounded pro till they started to fade the disgusting BLACK they were for weeks! I never seen anyone’s look this dark EVER and I have to get them PROFESSIONALLY DONE AGAIN 1 1/2 years later because of it!!! I only waited this long because I was told they need to fade out! They are SUPER uneven I specifically asked she didn’t bring them too far in well one is too far in and one isn’t. Good luck if you risk putting a permanent tattoo on your FACE otherwise take my advice please don’t go cause it’s cheaper!! You WILL get your cheap money’s worth with cheap looking eyebrows! She talks Toooooo much nobody cares do your job right! I wish I could sue her to get my money back but I guess just taking it as a lossss plus bad eyebrows.

Worst Customer Service, Goes behind my back to tell the girl up front charge her $40!! for a blow dry because her hair is “thick” my hair is a little under shoulder length which was recently cut and she spent from 4:32 to 5:02 thats exactly 1/2 hour typical blow dry, and she was speeding thru. Difference between frizzy hair & thick hair- I was so offended & disgusted - ive been to many salons, and they all say hair just needs heat. It was the worst experience of my life. She can one come talk to me abt it not have someone do her dirty work. I do not recommend I never write comments but this had to be said. You come to a Salon to enjoy taking care of yourself and stress reliever - with smiles & care. I know they get tired but no excuse to take it out at myself.

WARNING-Don’t go to the older lady for eyebrows!!! I had very thick eyebrows and she made them look like strings, I am not exaggerating. Absolutely terrible
