I cannot say enough good things about this office and their team! Everyone is very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. They introduced me to these specialized contacts for someone with my type of eye condition and I am not exaggerating when I say they were Life Changing! Without them I am nearly blind and with them I have perfect vision. The staff takes their time working with newer patients on how to insert the contacts and answer any questions you may have. I would highly recommend Metropolitan Vision Associates to anyone!

I love the staff! My family and I have been coming to metropolitan vision associates for over 20 years, the staff has always treated us like family! Incredibly amazing customer service all together, everyone there is very helpful and kind. They will get you what you need in a very timely fashion, I am always in and out in a matter of minutes! They also just renovated their building and it is incredibly beautiful! Very very clean and modern! I must also say that Zee has been incredibly helpful with all our needs, she will always greet you with positive energy and make sure you are happy with the services provided. 5 stars doesn’t come close to how high I would rate them, If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! Highly recommended group of vision associates!

The ladies here are nothing short of amazing! they give thee BEST customer care. I’ve never felt like a burden and they always made every emergency on my end and priority for the office. Appointment times are accurate with no long waiting due to overbooking. I highly recommend this office!

So as a person who has previously been falsely diagnosed with glaucoma, needless to say I have developed a certain hesitancy towards doctors in general. However, after visiting Metropolitan Vision Associates all my trust issues dissipated. Dr. Wahab was very courteous and professional. I would also like to give my sincere gratitude to Zee for treating me like a family member and helping to greatly reduce my anxiety levels by making me smile and comforting me throughout the whole process. For anyone unsure of where to find a really good vision center, look. No further than Metropolitan! If I could give them 10 stars I would!

Im hard to please so when I say this place is amazing I truly mean it. The prices are very good but the service & the staff is what I believe sets them apart. Zee, Amy, Christina & Doc Wahab go above and beyond to make you feel like family. The new renovations provide a modern chic feel and make your brief wait (if you even have one) very comfortable. Large selection of eyewear and an extensive knowledge of contacts, this coming from someone with a rare astigmatism (keratoconus). All in all I highly recommend Metropolitan. One of the best customer service experiences Ive ever had.

This was my first time attending Metropolitan Vision Associates, and I must say it WILL NOT be the last time! I had a fantastic experience! The ophthalmologist was incredible! He was genuinely caring, patient, and down to earth. He was able to answer all of my questions. The staff there, especially Zee, were phenomenal! They welcome me into their facility, like family! I am truly blessed to have found such an amazing group of people who are truly willing to help. I highly recommend this place! I cant thank them enough for their kindness and grace! Thank you! My nephew was involved in a car accident this morning that happened to be right in front of this office. Roads were completely closed off meaning no entry or exist from their parking lot. Frantically, family members were showing up to the scene and as time passed there was available entry to their lot so ONE person parked their car in the lot in order to reach us because roads were still semi-closed off. One staff member of this place came out and asked that the vehicle is removed. Dealing with officers, tow trucks, a distraught minor who was hit in the accident, firefighters and a very graphic accident scene, it took him some time to move it. Another staff member comes out and so rudely say you need to move you car now! Shame on you! First lesson of business is to set an example for being socially responsible as a respected, reputable business in the community. If you can not show compassion towards those in your community then i will be sure you do not get support from those in your community and i will be heard. If this was a busy office, i would understand why they would ask for the vehicle to be removed, but there was not one patient there!!! Perhaps if your staff members changed their horrible attitude, your office would be busier so they dont focus on maintaining an empty parking lot and a full one instead.

Im really very sad to only give 1 star! Id give them less if possible! Ive been coming to this place for 35 years! I loved them! Until I got charged $40 for missing an appointment because my husband had a stroke! Really??? Most places let you go if its a legitimate emergency! Also, when I picked up my new glasses, I got them in the lobby, no adjustments. When I called to see if I can have them adjusted, itll be 4 days! Really??? They just made a lot of money from me! Not to mention if you need dialation, thats a seperate appointment!!!! More money!!! Im sad to say after 35 years, Im never coming back!!!! 😥😣

This is the best eye doctor. After 12 years of wearing soft contacts, Dr. Mac recommended sclera contacts (hard lense) and wow my life changed. For the first time I can see better with contacts than glasses. the staff up front were so kind and generous and very helpful with the lengthy process. They properly showed me how to put the contacts in and were patient when I failed many times. Gladi picked metropolitan for my vision care!

Ive been a long time patient with Metropolitan with Drs Scarpace and Francisco, never any issues.New Dr seemes very nice but his staff leaves much to be desired inasmuch as customer service. Very argumentative and rude. If courtesy and promptness mean anything to you then I suggest you look else where. I will not be back.

I went to this office today fir the first time, I was treated like a family and staff was very attentive and friendly. The Dr was so nice and she did all the tests needed to find out the problem. Great job everyone just keep it up😍

I’ve never had any problems with this office until now. I purchased contacts that ended up being defective. After getting the run around from the office staff as well as the manufacturer. The solution that I received from the manager was so insulting and she also hung up in my face. There isn’t an owner present that I can speak to, so I was given an email address so I’m hoping that whoever runs the account will be able to rectify the issue. If not, I certainly will not be back

Really liked Dr. Fransico, last time I had my exam though it was someone new and they were ok. However this office makes up there own hours go to pick up glasses get there before 5 and the doors are locked. Even though the door and website says 6. And thats not the first time it’s happened. Update your website and you hours in your door. So unreliable.

I was very nervous visiting a new doctor. I didnt know what to expect. I was so relieved when i met Dr. Fransisco. He was very nice and knowledgeable. I just got my new prescription glasses yesterday and this is the clearest i can ever see! I am so happy, it looks like everything is in HD clarity now. I am still adjusting to the clarity. The only bad thing is that i had to book him 3 weeks out, very busy. The charge was 85 dollars for the consultation but it was worth it. He checked my eyes for any diseases that can affect me and we spoke about contacts and lasik.

Over 45 yrs with them and no problems new staff comes in and i cannot see out of my new glasses.I changed my frames because of that i cannot get the script corrected. I cannot see out of my new glasses . tobad for me. Nothing will be done. Never go back there again.Ok the owner Dr.Tony called me 3 weeks ago and was very understanding.However after being promised new glasses i sill dont have them.
