I was having a vision emergency were one of my contacts ripped and fell out of my eye while driving leaving it extremely difficult to see as I am legally blind without both my lenses inAt that time my optometrist was closed for the day and they were the nearest one according to GPSThe old lady looked at my physical script and proceeds to tell me she is unable to help me at because they didnt have that brand . I told her I was okay with any brand as I have used different contacts in the past as long as the prescription numbers are the same its just like being prescribed ibuprofen from a doctor as long as you take ibuprofen it doesnt matter what the brand you used .She refused to help me at all because it was apparently against the law and would not help meThats funny cause the next eye doctor I found after I left who was able to help me. ( Seen Vision) flat out laughed and said that was not true because you can order any brand of contacts yourself online nowadays anyways as long as the number match up. They even gave me 2 pairs for free until my replacements came inNeedless to say for a Eye doctor they really dont seem to care about actually helping somebody when theyre in need and not just trying to buy glasses .

Dr. Amster and his staff are amazing, went in for my first visit and they made me fell right at home. Even with everything thats going on with covid-19, this place has it all together. It was a smooth and easy visit, cant wait to get my glasses. Thank you to everyone that helped me!
