I started seeing Dr. Haddad a year ago. He is a great doctor, there is no doubt, but he does not have good bedside manners, especially at the hospital before or after a surgery. Being a good doctor includes listening, knowing your patients, and checking on them after having a major surgery, such as a hysterectomy. A quick phone call after discharge, or passing by their room while still at the hospital, shows caring, compassion, and empathy. If he is busy, maybe he should stop accepting new patients. I believe the clinic needs a nurse, that’s available to answer questions. After some surgeries such as hysterectomies, we go through things that we are not familiar with, and we need someone to answer our questions with some caring, understanding, and patience. Medical Assistants are too busy to take our phone calls. I don’t like his office staff anyway, except the front desk receptionist. I do not want to go into details about my experience, but just because mine was unpleasant, that does not mean yours will be as well. We all go there for different medical reasons. We all have different needs, and have different expectations.

I would give him 500 stars! Very professional, caring and supportive Doctor. He followed up closely with me during my pregnancy. Definitely he is the best doctor ever. His team are very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend!

He been helping with most awful issues when everyone else told me things that no lady want to hear but he managed to help me get healed and back to my normal life without any side effects. Today oct 5th i had a surgical procedure done i had a polyp removed. Im 8 months and 2 weeks pregnant. Doctor haddad did an awesome job.!! He is a great doctor he cares for his patients and there babies. Thank you doc and staff at gc hospital

I had surgery a week ago. He made me feel so comfortable. I was so scared but when I went to get the surgery done it was not as bad as I thought it would have been. He is very caring and careful with his patients.

Dr. Chadi Haddad is the best! He genuinely cares about his patients, and I will not go to anybody else!I love the girls at the front desk Aileen and Crystal, they always help me with any paperwork I need or accomidate me any schedule with Dr. Haddad, and are always a pleasure to talk to. Dr. Haddad delivered my first child and the surgery although scary for my first time, went very well no infections and barely a noticeable scar. The ultrasound tech is Mrs. Fey is another one of my favorite people! I wish I could have more ultrasounds just to have a nice conversation! First time Ive ever visited Dr. Chadi, This doctor, is very friendly and very helpful. He made sure everything was okay and waited from 11am-6pm on his day off with me up until my wife gave birth. Highly recommended.

I really wanted to like this place because it had good reviews and the staff was somewhat nice but it was a horrible first pregnancy experience. I only saw Dr Chadi Haddad twice and they are pushy about you going to Garden City Hospital because he is director there. I ended up going to garden city twice because I knew my water broke but they couldn’t determine that and the Doctor was there at that time and he didn’t see me. After the second time getting sent home I decided to go to Beaumont and I was really hoping to have a different Doctor take care of me but Dr. Haddad ended up showing up and I ended up getting induced and having an “emergency” c-section. If you are looking for professionals , AVOID this place & Garden City hospital looked like a scary place to have a baby. Dirty and rude nurses.

Hands down the most caring and professional staff out there! Dr.haddad took the absolute beat care of me when I was pregnant with my daughter, he was kind and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and safe, and he listened to me about my body, he’s still my ob and there’s no one else I trust like him!

I needed help and Dr. Haddad listened to me. He was more than willing to fix my issues and not play games. He was the fifth doctor I have been to and after having several outpatient procedures and a baby. I am so glad of my outcome, and to finally find someone that actually listens to the patient.

One of the worst clinic experiences I’ve ever had. The staff is dismissive. They have you waiting long periods of time, especially my last visit was over an hour. I’d never met Dr. Haddad until recently & it was a very bad first impression. He didn’t apologize for his tardiness, instead he smiled and laughed the whole time. I was already fed up with the place, but that was enough for me! He didn’t take me serious and wasn’t professional. He had another doctor come in with him which never happened. They knew I was upset, but chose to make a mockery out of me. Very disrespectful, I wouldn’t recommend. I walked out without seeking any of the care that I should have received. I am now with an actual caring doctor.

My previous OBGYN, Dr Parks, retired and sold her practice to Dr Haddad. I ended up having a terrible experience with Dr Haddad. I dont have any kids and dont plan on getting pregnant so I only saw him for GYN issues. He seemed very dismissive with me and wasnt gentle at all for my colposcopy. on top of that I ended up having some depression and anxiety issues that lasted the two weeks before my period started, every month for 4 months straight, and they wouldnt see me for that. I ended seeking a new OBGYN.

Dr. Chadi Haddad is an outstanding Doctor I had a miscarriage with my first pregnancy and was very scared to be pregnant this time around. However the professionalism of himself as well as his staff made me feel so comfortable. He has fully gone above and beyond to make this pregnancy less stressful me and my husband. Everyone was friendly and one of the nurse even gave me something to eat because I didn’t eat beforehand. I paid out of pocket and the price wasn’t bad at all. I highly recommend!

So my daughter gets her confirmation call with her appointment day and time she pays a ride to take her to the appointment only to show up and be turned away with the staff telling her they called to say the appointment was canceled however my daughter never received that call the bad part is she has been uncomfortable since Friday and not able to got to work this whole week and they told her she couldn’t be seen until her appointment and now this now her next appointment is two days before her due date I’m out raged she won’t speak up and they keep doing this too her if you’re smart you’ll find another doctor

Not only is the staff absolutely amazing but the dr. is too as well as the midwives Dr Haddad delivered my first child and Im going back for my second I was devastated to find out they werent at Network and one of the staff went over and Beyond to make sure that I could come back kept calling kept calling until finally they were in network and had an appointment for me the very next day I would recommend anybody to have their child there and as long as Im in Michigan and hes a doctor I will continue to go back to absolutely fantastic great sense of humor always makes you feel comfortable great when i bring my daughter absolutely love them hands down the best Dr in the world

Have been seeing dr Haddad & Kelly for about 7 years now & i love them! I totally respect the Drs opinion and wouldn’t want anyone else to deliver my babies! The receptionist Eileen is so pleasant & friendly, as well as Erin the MA & Lee! The long waits for appointments some times are worth it when you’re getting the best care for your self & your babies, as well as the personalized care & excellent bedside manor from all of the staff

My experience with a schedule c section and tubligation was amazing I commend him only a few hours after my daughter has been born and I’m in minimal pain

Horrible wait time. 45+ minutes past appointment times. Rude receptionist. Got a voicemail every time I tried to call. TINY waiting room. Not HIPPA friendly waiting, small and cramped. Wont let you talk to a nurse to talk about test results over the phone instead made me schedule another appointment to charge me and my insurance. I had to schedule more time off work for the appointment... doesnt have a medical application like Healow so you can view your test results online or through an app. Definitely need to update practices.

If I could less rating then one star I honestly would. The staff members are horrible and they treat you uncaringly and are very unproffesional. Not only do they talk to you as if you are stupid they do it in such a rude manner. I do not know if this is because they do not understand simple ethics or if it is because they do not have simple communication skills. Definitely do not recommend anyone do go here. If you can go anyother place please do; they will most likely treat you the way you deserve rather than based off of their moods.

,,,,,Please read,,,,,,, he is the worst doctor ever .I went thru labor for 24hours and he didnt advise me when to take the epidural injection, I took it after my uterus was open 8 cm ,he gave me only 15 min to push and then used the vacum to take my baby out ,the baby head was big and the dr didnt do episiotomy so because of this I had a very bad tear ,he did a very very bad stitching and till now it still painful ,I had a very high fever after 3 days because the stitches were infected, and he removed the stitches by pulling them in careless way and it was not dried yet. I had to make another surgery to mend the situation and what he has done, and because of him am going to have a c section on my second delivery , I thought first time when I saw him that he is very sweet and kind but he ruined my life, I dont want any woman to go thru what I been threw ,think million times before u choose him.

Had a few appointments scheduled to see dr Chaad & he would always be “busy.” The ultrasound lady wouldn’t even let me see the screen of MY veiwings & still charged me. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I had a procedure done by Dr Haddad and Dr Sunderland at Garden City HospitalNeedless to say I would not ever go back. Who has their uterus removed and still has periods? Dr Hadded said well at least they will be lighter. Got a second opinion and found out a piece of the uterus was still there that is why I have the periods. Than months later my original pain that I went in the emergency room for came back and it wasnt the uterus at all. This year I had to get the surgery redone because it was not done right the first time.
