These guys knew what they were doing. Their work was excellent. They installed a 210 outlet, replaced a bad breaker and As promised they returned when the new smart washer was delivered. Set it up everything to run it remotely. They were kind and courteous as they worked. Great group of people working at Westborn Electric!

Funny, caring and great work! Did everything I needed! Best contractor I’ve worked with! Showed him what I wanted and he did it. Tossed around ideas and didn’t try and up sell me. He didn’t do the job for free but he did the job right and exactly how we discussed! This was no easy task, I was super happy with the finished project! I have no relation with this company but after getting a few quotes I felt this company was the right choice! If you’re looking for a half done job call a half job contractor, if you want the job done to specs and done right, these are your people!

Had them come out and run a new line to the garage. Did a very great job! Dug up the lawn to remove the old line and install the new. Saved all the grass and filled it back in saving all the grass and keeping it looking great. The new panel in the garage is all set up for 229. Did a awesome job. Will use in the future!

Scheduled an appointment for emergency repair. Was told they were going to be out that night. Waited until 930pm and no one showed up. No phone call. Zero communication.Then told the next day they could help me out in a week.

I would definitely recommend Westborn electric. They are responsive, professional, and reasonably priced. Mark, the owner helped me come up with a creative solution to a problem I was having with an older rental property. I was able to get it up to code and saved a lot of money. He also has a network of professionals that he can call upon when necessary. I will be using Westborn Electric in the future.

Recently hired Westborn Electric to install a hard wired range hood in my kitchen, also needed to fix a ceiling light in our basement bathroom, as well as flickering lights in our kitchen ceiling lights. Cody and Reid did a great job, were prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. Cody answered all my questions, and the service charge was reasonable. LeAnn, in the office was friendly and accommodating. I tried 5 other companies who no-call no-showed before calling Westborn Electric, they kept to their appointment times and came through with all of the work they promised (and more!) for a price far less than I had been previously quoted. I would definitely reccomend them to anyone!

Westborn Electric is a good company, and Mark is a great guy.

We used Westborn for three commercial office projects.Two of these proejcts we experienced technicians/electricians who were rude and unprofessional. In one of these cases there was an electrician who was using extremely racist and vulgar language, offending many of our staff in the office. It was so bad that we had to ask him to please stop, but it only made it worse. We did have a fairly pleasant experience with some of their workers, but after three projects we can honestly say the the majority of the workforce that we were exposed, were rude, unprofessional, and very offensive. One of them mentioned that they contract most of their workers. The most recent incident was so serious that we have ceased doing business with them and have reported the actions of their employees to the Michigan Better Business bureau. The owner, who seems like a nice man, did apologize but the experience was so overwhelming that we could not stand by and let this go unreported. We would highly advise choosing from one of the many other electrical firms in the area.
