I contacted the city for a referral for electrical contractors that are registered with the city.When I called I.B. Electric I was pleased with the great estimate that I received from Moe. I showed him what I needed done and he made sure it was done correctly.These days so many companies make you have to call them back. I don’t have time to babysit.I want to thank I. B. Electric for coming out today and making the necessary upgrades to our wiring. They made it easy and safe for our family. GREAT COMPANY!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Ali & Abe were great. They did a walk through to check everything that was plugged in to make sure it was working.I showed them what I wanted done. They gave me an estimate the next morning and came that same day to do the job.A GREAT JOB!!!WE RECOMMEND I.B. ELECTRIC!!!

Only giving two stars because they somewhat delivered what we wanted. But if these workers come to ur house micromanagement Over them is needed. Several people I know of have called their electricians and they continuously have trashed their homes after work. They do not clean up after themselves at all. Aside from that we had wiring over a garden of plants and rocks. I understand it could be hard to maneuver around gardens but there were only three small new planted flowers of which they stepped on and destroyed. There were lots of rocks to step on but it seems like they didn’t even care to begin with.

They were great! We were so bummed when our power went out in half our trailer and were so worried about getting it fixed. They came and figured out the problem and fixed it in no time and the price was a big relief to! I would definitely recommend them.

Showed up early on a Saturday morning without an extra charge. Arrived promptly as scheduled. Did a professional job and kept my home clean while doin needed services. Followed COVID 19 guidelines. I will definitely use again when an electrician is needed.

Extremely poor communication. Just because I work from home does not mean that my entire morning revolves around when someone will be here. I got a call at around 8AM that Ali would be here in 30 minutes. I rushed to get my house prepared for him to come in and was almost cancelled a morning meeting waiting on him. 9am arrived and no update. 9:15AM I called him and he said another crew was coming, that should have been communicated. I didn’t have the patience to sit here and wait on them to come at 10, when I haven’t gotten dressed or anything because I was playing the waiting game and I have another meeting I cannot be late for.

They did a great job installing my lights and I had to hound them to pay them they were professional and Im happy with the work

Put in a 220V line into my garage and replaced my panel in my basement. Reasonably priced, no hassles, nice guys, showed up early, stayed late to finish the job, pulled permits with the city and passed the inspection with flying colors. I will be using IB again and I recommend.

These guys replaced the light fixtures at my Business. They arrived early, they replaced all fixtures in less then a couple hours and cleaned up after themselves! I like the price (reasonable) I like the service, respectable people and professionals! I will recommend them to everyone!

I called and was told someone would arrive within the hour. The appointment was a no show and no one answered the phone at the office. Maybe it was fluke, but not showing up for a job is inexcusable. I hired another company.

He will take your money and force u to pay more just to finish the job he started or else he won’t woek . True scum bag . Wish I had professional services instead of dealing with that prick .
