If I could give a zero I would. This was my first time here. The lady that did my nails seemed buzzed or something she would not sit still and was so slap happy that cuticle trimmer, I felt like I was being skinned. She would pinch me and I’d saw “ow” and pull away, she literally squeezed my finger and when she saw it wasnt bleeding, she rolled her eyes. When polish would gat on my skin she would scrape it with her nail instead of dipping a brush in some acetone and cleaning it up. When the torture was finally over she drowned me in cuticle oil.

I called around 4:30 pm and arrived at around 5:30 for a full set. I ended up opting in for a pedicure. The woman assigned to me took so long on the pedicure other people that arrived after me left before I did. A man ended up finishing the pedicure and then he was going to do my nails. I showed several pictures all of various lengths and he said he couldn’t do any of them. Apparently there were only 2 women in the shop that could do this and I the were occupied. If they had asked me from the moment I walked in how long I wanted the set because only 2 out of the 7 people working could do long acrylics, I could have taken my business elsewhere with plenty of time. Instead they wait until around 7pm to say they cannot accommodate me. I inform them that it’s my birthday and I’m just trying to get a set of nails but he refused to do them. Nowhere else could accommodate a full set on such short notice so I went nail-less for my birthday and had to cancel my birthday dinner at Joe Muer. The communication was very lacking and seeing as this was my first time at this establishment I will not be returning. I also do not feel like the nails were very long. I just don’t believe the man wanted to do the work.

I get my pedicure with Kim she is EXCELLENT!!!! I would give her 5 stars but what I dont like is they wont let me make appointment for my nailsJay said they dont make appointments but then tells me hes booked for the day. That makes no sense. So I got my pedicure at 10 oclock in the morning and have to come back around 2:00 in the afternoon for my nails. It will take up my entire day just to get a manicure and pedicure. Seriously!

Went to get my nails done yesterday, there is a new young lady working there, she did an amazing work, took her time, and was very nice. I didnt even wait a minute, everything went smoothly! Also very clean, Will be back soon!

Typical culture clash with professionalism. Arrived right at opening hoping to get a walk-in appt with Jay (I know this may not happen). 1 technician in the salon on Friday morning..😕. Everyone else mousy in at 1030. There is 1 lady requesting Jay ahead of me so I ask him will he be able to get me in after her. He says yes so I wait. I need a pedi but I want to get the nail tech I was referred to. After 15 mins of him walking around and 40 mins into the first lady, he gets up and takes me to the pedicure chair. I ask him if I will miss my spot with him and he says “I’m booked for the day”. At this point 6 or 7 ladies are in the pedicure chairs and I’m last for nails 😡. Friday morning is ruined as I will not be able to get in anywhere without a god awful wait. Decided NOT to spend my money there but 3 stars because staff actually spoke to me and attempted to service me. The 2 nail techs that take appts refused to take any new appts. Which basically means ur stuck with the nail techs no one goes to….u know the drill.

Dont come here this place is horrible!!! I usually don’t go to the place because the old miserable lady that owns this place is extremely rude and unprofessional. She will bark at kids, will try to boss you around and if you don’t like it she will talk about you in Vietnamese. It took everything in me, and all praise goes to God, that God gave me the patience not to act out on this old hag. They were extremely slow and I was in there for a while and told them I have to pick my kids up can I just pay for this? So they start bickering in Vietnamese and tell me $40. I told him this is without color? He said yes usually they charge $60. That’s bull! So I said no problem gave them their 40 but I will never go back to this place. the old miserable lady was still barking up a storm while munching on her food. Her food was flying out of her mouth while she went on in her language. All I could do is smile in her face. These people are so unprofessional...

I think my nail tech was new, she kept asking where was everything and looked a bit nervous and confused I felt so bad. Wherever I get my nails done, I look at everything they use and touch. Here, they reuse the same tools for every customer. Some places have new tool kits that I see them opening in front of me. They also use the wrong products. For my pedicure, she rubbed cuticle oil all over my legs, didn’t even have proper soap, they had HAND SOAP for a pedicure. And the bottle was all grimey too. I only write reviews when I have a really bad experience; I didn’t have the heart to say that I didn’t like anything. She had 3 pairs of gloves on, which made it so much harder for her to even work on my nails. Definitely will be finding a new place

I came in for a soak off and the woman doing my soak off recommend a clear pink shellac for a natural look, midway through my nails, she was called to help someone else at which time someone took her place. She was nice but it was apparent that had never done nails, she broke my natural nail below the quick so I asked her to cut it down she then got up, I was told someone else would do my nails in 2 minutes. 45 minutes went by, I got up, paid and left and was not apologized to. I would of waited for a professional in the first place, my nails were completely butchered. If you decide to still go in that place, ask for Jay and wait.

Been to this place twice. Thought Id give them another try. You know bad day etc.... I received pedicure. I was actually cut twice by lady who I assumed was owner/manager as she directed everyone else and frequently left me to answer phone, clean other areas of salon, smoke, and yell at other staff. No joke. Have read nonsense about cultural differences. I have gotten well past expecting anyone in USA to speak English or provide friendly customer service. Could care less about that. This is 2018. I do in fact expect quality service regardless of your background. I am a paying customer. The place is dirty and the quality is terrible. Woman never apologized and I had to ask multiple times for her to tend to my bleeding foot. As a man my feet are in great shape, for those that would like to assume the MAN feet thing. Many places including this one rush a mans pedicure. Most men dont get polish so why rush. Cut nails, file, push cuticles. Massage doesnt even have to be that good. I look at massage as luxury. This place was by far the worst. In a very competitive 2018 there are a trillion other places. Why accept the worst?

I had a horrible experience here. I was a regular customer at Lilly nails and the nail tech dropped nail polish on my suede shoes. When I asked for polish remover to wipe it off, he claimed that he didn’t spill on my shoes. So when I asked to get reimbursed for my shoes since they were ruined, OR get my nails done once for free, they started to give me an attitude and refused to continue speaking to me. I called the next day and while I was talking, they shut in my face. They are very rude and are not clean at all. I highly do not recommend this place at all!

I’ve been trying to make an appointment with one of their workers (phi) for 5 days now and literally nothing. He tells me to text him my name what day & what I want done he sees it 2 days later and just replies with “hi” what a joke, no wonder they have such bad reviews. Ive been doing my nails for the past 15 years every week in different nail salon.. Never in my life had this much bad experience... They were rude.. Unclean, they hurt me with their manicure machine a couple of times... Didnt even care to apologizeI told him i just need a color change since i dont have time, he asked me to cut my nails i said no just file for a bit... He filed the whole naiillllll!!!!! He even filed layers on top the nailAnd they charged me 30 dollars since THEY considered it a full manicure.... Yeah play dumb to get paid... Plus 30 dollars for a regular manicure for what exactly? The horrible service?... May i add non of my nails are even

This was my second time in this salon and I will NEVER go back. First time I picked a purple cats eye color, it was blue. Girl said that is the number on the bottle. Rather than argue with someone who isnt going to listen, I simply said its fine. The entire time I was there the older lady by the door never shut her mouth. Not only was she speaking in another language she was loud. Today, I went in there again for a fill in. This time I was told sit down and pick a color. After choosing the color, the older lady told me to wait for the older man. The older man did my nails, I asked for them to be cut down a little, not one finger on my right hand matches my left hand. If they are going to cut them down, shouldnt they match the other hand? I asked for a design on two fingers, the older lady made the older man get up so she could do the design. This apparently caused problems because they were SCREAMING at each other. I left there $42.00 later with a MASSIVE HEADACHE. They have absolutely no clue on customer service. I dont go somewhere that makes me uncomfortable and this noisy. (It literally went on and on and on forever). Dont waste your time and get your price BEFORE they work on you if you dont want to heed my advice. Im guessing the five stars given are from the employees and owners. Dont believe them!!!

Terrible business. I really realy dont understand how some people are regulars here? The older woman who looks like she runs the place is SOOOOO rude and extremely rough with you and your service. Ive been there twice to give them a second chance but ill never return or advise ANYONE to go here. literally go anywhere else.Shop is dirty and told look extremely overused and dirty too. The lady i mentioned cut me and my 11 year old niece while we got manicures AFTER i told her she was being rough, she literally didnt care.

I got my nails done there, and let me just say, wow. They do there work to fast. My nails aren’t even. There scratched up and ugly. They said no wait but I waited 30 minutes for them to start and when I sat in my chair I waited another 15 minutes for her to start. First and last time going to there nail salon. They hurt my nails so much! This place is also disgusting and unsanitary. Gross, unsafe, and there quality sucks too. I don’t recommend at all.

Never have I been degraded or disrespected in my life like today. The owner had us waiting over 2hrs, I literally stepped outside to put my phone on charge in my car. I get back and the owner disregards us and takes the white lady who came after us. The lady told the owner that we were ahead of her and that I stepped out to charge my phone. Owner says I dont care im taking her first. the lady insisted we go first since she knew its been over 3 hrs we were waiting. He told us that its his store and he can take what ever customer he wants and if we didnt like it go to a Black people shop. Thats when we called the police. He went outside and asked us was that our Mercedes benz, which it was. Then he changed the way he was acting towards us, plus he knew the cops were coming. He said he will do my sisters nails but only if we pay upfront. SMFH.. mind you we been waiting 3+hrs and not once did they charge anyone getting nails done up front. We told him that we will post this on social media and his response was making monkey noises at us and yelling at us to leave b4 he calls police. DONT EVER GET YOUR NAILS DONE OR ANY SERVICE HERE IF YOU ARE A MINORITY. ARAB,BLACK,BROWN OR WHATEVER. YOU WILL GET TRATED LIKE A THIEF AND CRIMINAL, DONT SAY I DIDNT WARN YOU.

1st time here and last. Very unprofessional and could care less about you as a person. The man who did my service didnt even speak to me the whole time. Ugh. A little courtesy goes a long way, especially when the client tells you its their first time at your salon. Then to top off the whole experience, he left and took another client and left me in the room for 30 minutes without any direction. He couldnt even come up to the register to cash me out. I wont be back. I do not recommend this salon.

My experience at Lillys Nails today was completely awesome. Thus far each session from my personal technician is always 100.

Absolutely terrifyingly experience. There is one lady who was trying to take off my acrylic nails, and didnt even soak them at all. She ended up ripping off my actual nail and tried to use nail glue to put it back! I ended up having to go to an urgent care because it got infected. On top of all of this, she charges me extra for taking off my acrylics. What a joke. So unprofessional.

They’ll tell you there’s no wait just to get u in a chair. I waited 20 Mins after specifically asking if there was gonna be a wait and they said no... i got up and left and the whole time i was putting my shoes on she was yelling at me to sit back down and grabbed a technician. Not a good atmosphere.

Great place and quality work

After going to 4 different nail places after work today having been turned away by each of those places because the picture of what I wanted they didn’t want to do (a simple French ombré). I was so upset and asked for suggestions on fb and a friend of mine suggested Lilly nails. Reluctantly, I went, and Jay took care of me. For the first time in years a nail tech listened to me. I had concerns and was very specific in how I wanted my nails done. He exceeded my expectations and am happy I went. I’m surprised to see so many terrible reviews as my experience was far from bad.

TERRIBLE customer service. Everything was rushed, the facility was filthy dirty, my two thumb nails were both crooked and uneven, its been two days and one of my nails have broken and theyre all very stained. The lady who started my nails, I think shes the owner, kept bashing on my regular nail tech that I go to saying my nails are ugly and so bad. Lillys was a last resort only because Noah from tiptop was out on vacation. NEVER again.

This place is so dirty, the stuff they put on to make your cuticles soft was in a Féria hair die bottle. I mean would it kill them to buy a bottle specifically for that?? The lady who did my nails was yelling the whole time. I couldnt get out of there fast enough. I can deal with the yelling I just cant deal with the uncleanliness. Very unprofessional.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY LADIES! !! Upon arrival the shop was not very upscale. The shop was dirty. I needed a fill in and paint. It cost me thirty dollars. I wasnt impressed with anything. They dont clean the files in between use from one person to another. The lady that did my nails was horrible at doing it. My nails are uneven and bumpy on the surface. I have more acrylic on some nails more than others. The color is sloppy. She did not push back my cuticles. It was just a horrible experience all the way around. :( I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. And they do not do refunds.
