I recently had my haircut done there.The stylist who did my hair was outstanding. Her name is Ann. She took her time with me and was very professional. I was very pleased with my haircut. They also do facials and you can get a wonderful tan there.Parents I highly recommend Sun City for your grooming needs. They are Great!!!. Thanks SunCity!!!

K is awesome, she is so professional in her work. She did me micro blading, and I was more than satisfied with the result. I love her make up as well. It is perfect. And she recently did me lip tattoo and it was amazing, so nice and pretty and most important it looks natural. I do recommend K to everyone that wants a great work and a nice result.

I recently went to get my hair done here for my senior homecoming… first the curled hair looked awful literally looked like a four year old did it and not to mention my hair is completely burnt (my hair even smells burnt after I’ve been washing it for the past 3 days) and my hair is extremely heat damaged. I’m beyond upset and Will most likely make a corporate complaint. Do better.

Ask for SILVA and here’s why. I came in very hopeless with my hair. There was a lot do damage and color treatment that needed to be done. She took the challenge and made me feel sooo much more confident after walking out. She’s super fast too and her work speaks for itself. She gave many reliable recommendations and advice as well.

Staff is FANTASTIC. My hair dresser did a fantastic job and gave me exactly what I asked for. She was a great conversationalist and was very professional.The tanning beds are some of the best money can buy. They obviously spared no expense to be the best place in town.If you are looking for a new barber or hair dresser, or looking for a quick tan or a tanning membership, this is the place to go.

I had an appointment with Olla Makki, I was waiting in the chair for 15 minutes then someone else blowdryed my hair to get it ready for a style.After waiting 45 minutes for my appointment, I got up and left after complaining four times that I was going to be late to my event. Thankfully at illusion they took me in. Absolutely the worst service.

Excellent service I love the staff and I love their attention to cleanliness and the quality of the tanning beds. I only come here for tanning but the hair salon looks beautiful as well if it is anything like their tanning department I would highly recommend the salon as well! I drive a half hour just a tan here customer for life

The curly haired girl working the desk is always on the phone talking to a guy. She also shrugged me off, and was rude. She treats customers dirty. Not coming back.

I was serviced by Andoni Wasaya for a color service. I had been a client for over 5yrs. The color we agreed on and paid for was not received. I expressed my dislike and he told me he liked it! He never apologized and told me to go somewhere else to have it fixed after 5 years of patronage. I did receive my money back but this is definitely not good service.

I got a hair cut here, I don’t know the name of who did my hair but it is very uneven, they spent very LITTLE time on my hair and was rushing.My hair is now uneven and now I have to pay more and go to a new place to get my hair done. I will never go back. terrible

The Tanning bed had long hair on the surface I asked twice before walking in if it had been cleaned the fan was full of dust that was blowing in my face this establishment is very dirty

I come here to get LHR and Anaam is the best person to do it. She makes it very comfortable and safe. Highly recommend her if you need to get rid of any unwanted hair.

Stylist Andoni is unmatchable. Andoni is always professional, polite and an amazing stylist i never worry when i or my mother is in his chair for care care!

Do not go here - front end desk girls don’t want to work. AJ refused services at 9:46pm, gave me a fake number to management and basically said she didn’t want me to tan. Stay away - lazy as can be and trash. She was total trash.

I made an appointment for 9 am on Friday May 3rd. They didn’t call me the night before to confirm, the lady told me when I booked the appt they will. Anyways I was there at 8:55 am and apparently I’ve been waiting for Anna or Anne not sure her name. She ended up coming at 9:20 thinking that I somehow wasn’t coming. Which really shouldn’t be an excuse. We started with my hair and she’s really nice overall. I asked for a blowout, I believe it’s 25$ there, not sure tho. But she made me pay 50$. She started with the blow dryer and somehow couldn’t get my roots to set since it’s humid, then she switched over to a flat iron and I told her I wanted curls (told her since the beginning I wanted curls with a blowout). After that she used a curling iron... then came out to 50$. Never coming back. The girl in front is rude, Anna or Anne over charged me when I could have done it myself. Overall wasn’t happy with customer service or in general with my hair. She added way too much Moroccan oil spray to my hair and now it’s oily. 50$ went down the drain for not even a day. Never coming back horrible. Stay away!

Got my eyebrows done by a sweet middle eastern woman named Ann, she did an amazing job. Very professional. Took her time. I was actually really happy when I looked at my brows. No complaints. The wax was good too, didnt irritate my skin. She even offered some type of cream to help with cooling.

Just got out of their Super Bed and all I can say is, Wow!!! In some beds in the area it can take up to a few minutes to really feel it. Not with these guys. The moment you lie down, you can tell that this is money well spent. Extremely clean and classy looking facility. I highly recommend.

Terrible customer service.I use to love getting my hair cut with Ann there, until I got a relaxer one time and it didn’t work as intended. I called back asking them if they can redo it in a couple of months free of charge since it didn’t work and I didn’t want to damage my hair immediately. Ann stopped answering my calls. Every time I call the salon, they tell me she’s busy and they’ll call me back. Which they never do.Really flaky people working there and horrible customer service. If I was running that place, I would’ve refunded the customer their money because I failed at delivering my service.

I come to tan here a lot and the beds and customer service are both great. If you are looking for a clean tanning salon with nice and welcoming people, this is the place for you!

>OMG< the worst hair extension I ever got, Linda Hey, instant of applying fine pc of extension on my hair, she applied big chunks that I cause of my hair breakage, she blamed on my hair, and my new hairstylist that I was recomand it from one of my coworkers, she showed me how horrible job Linda Hey did. she even said my hair did brake because of the extension was applied to thick and to closed to my scalp that did not alowed my hair to move freely but broked my hair down at the scalp. All I can say her work is horrible, I wont recommend noone to her, I wont even pay her $10 for the job she does, I had to go somewhere else to get them taken out and repair them. Im very happy with my new Experienced European hair tech that my coworker recommend it me to her, at Montez Hair Salon and Spa, the Best in Metro Detroit area., her name is Mirela There are many better hair stylist than Linda, if she was the last hair stylist in earth i wont go to her. Just dont trust her with my hair, thanks to my new hair stylist my hair grew back and she is helping me to maintain and make my hair look healthier, at list my hair are not breaking out anymore.

So , I went to European salon located in Dearborn Heights Sunday . April 25th . I called to book an appointment and my hair stylist was Ann. Let me explain that prior to this I had told the hair stylist my engagement was the upcoming Saturday. Let me tell you how horrible my hair turned out . A balayage gone wrong I literally looked like those memes. She charged me 200$ & it was a 5 hour process. Never In my life have I witnessed such horrible service. Wouldn’t recommend this place even if it was free. There’s a huge blonde line all around my head. Smh.
