Everyone was so friendly and attentive to me. I waited less than 10 minutes to get to an exam room and Susan immediately took my history. As I filled out basic history online there was no paperwork for me to do. Then X-rays and 5 minutes later Dr. Gaines came in. He examined and injected my shoulder, gave me physical therapy to do at home and I was done in less than an hour. Shoulder felt so much better the next day. Best experience ever in an orthopedic office. Just wish it didn’t take so long to get appointment.

Able to get an appointment within 5 days of calling. Filled out all paperwork online, even though it took a long while to read and accept all the required stuff, it saved time at the the office. Very polite staff. Appointment time was kept!! Doctor Gaines was professional and took time to explain injuries and answer questions without rushing through appointment.

It was a very friendly experience. The doctor told me what I could do in the future if I experience more pain in my knee. I would not hesitate to go back to see him. Thank you for making me feel at ease.

The check-in was seemless. All of the staff were courteous and professional. Dr. Gaines fully explained the situation with my knee while reviewing the x-rays. He suggested it conservative course of treatment with which I am completely comfortable. 👍👍

Dr. Gaines is the best. You could no be in better hands. I broke my him and he performed my hip replacement. He did do good that I was walking without a cane in three weeks. My daughter who is a nurse said she had never seen anyone recover that fast and I feel that Dr. Gaines was the main reason.I have recommend him to family and friends.

I dont like this dr. I feel like they are not taking me seriously about my ankle I dont feel like its sprained I feel like its more serious than that but they only want to look at it for like 5 mins. I have been dealing with this pain in my ankle/ foot for a year. I want to be pain free and be able to play outside with my kids again.and when I ask for anything for the pain they look at my like Im a drug addict. How about listen to someone before judging them first

I was very impressed with the professionalism of Dr Gaines and his staff. His staff were the most courteous, helpful office staff that I’ve ever seen. Dr Gaines was very professional and very informative. He showed me X-rays and explained the problems that I have in a way that was easy to understand. Very seldom have I ever been to a doctors office and have a doctor that spent as much time explaining the procedure that I need to have in layman’s terms. I am very confident that I have chosen the right PROFESSIONAL. I am at ease knowing that I will be well taken care of during and after my surgery. I would encourage anyone with hip, knee or shoulder problems to see Dr Gaines and his staff before I chose someone else. I rate them as # 1. I promise that you will be impressed!!!

Since having him as my orthopedic doctor hes taken great care of me. Had knee surgery on right knee. Was not a big fan of recovery. Took a year to be back to normal. Had the orthovic gel shot. After two I felt a difference. No bone on bone after third its perfect. Recommend this instead of surgery. Its a 3 shot process. So HAPPY I GOT IT! Thank you Dr Gains!!!

I, unfortunately, had to schedule a visit with Dr. Gaines due to a hip issue. Two years ago Dr. Gaines performed surgery on my meniscus and I was very pleased with the outcome. This recent visit was excellent. I had an xray taken and Dr. Gaines discussed the options I had for my knee. There was no pressure put on me as to which path I wanted to take. His explanation of each step was quite thorough and it helped make my decision easier. Dr. Gaines has a nice demeanor and is never condescending. I highly recommend Dr. Gaines!

Dr. Gains is know for his great care and treatment for shoulder injuries. When my shoulder was in need I called Dr. Gains. The staff was great from checking to checkout. X-ray tech was gentle and did not hurt my shoulder when taking the x-rays. MRI was ordered that day and I was able to get it performed later that day at the radiology center. I’ll be back next week.

It was a good visit and I achieved what I expected. Dr. Gains is the ultimate professional and tells it the way that it is. I look forward to the next two treatments and hope to receive the results that I am hoping for but there are no guarantees.

Dr Gaines always tries to help you as a patient wether or not it is his area of expertise. Always get the answers or directed to getting the answers after my visits with him. At least he is willing to xray the patient to see what is going on where you are having issues. I feel like 95% of medicine today especially in Covid times is a hands OFF experience with our doctors. Does any Dr actually put their hands on..and examine the patients anymore? I am starting to feel like every Dr visit either leads to more tests or pain injections. I would think that putting your hands ON THE PATIENT and palpating their area of pain might actually make the patient feel better and help TARGET the treatment necessary. Just curious.

Dr. Gaines was fantastic. He explained in detail what a knee replacement was. I thought they were going to cut my knee out and he said no and. explained it all. I feel very comfortable we him as my surgical doctor.

They are kind and pleasant. They didnt keep me waiting long.
