Ive been to dozens of VA hospitals and clinics from coast to coast and north and south. Memphis VAMC and Ft Harrison VAMC are the worse VAMCs, and Dyersburg and Daytona OPCs are the worse small satellite clinics. Memphis because of parking and Ft. Harrison because of convenience. Dyersburg because of size and Daytona because of rudeness of employees.

In my opinion this is the best VA clinic in the area.

My first visit/experience with the people in the first level of Customer Assistance at this facility made me want to leave... after the 5th person to assist me was a obstinate and out and out uncaring in their assistance to help me, I left...lucky for that as I walked out there was a tall man (volunteer) who greeted me say wow that was fast and proceeded to ask me if I got everything I needed... he was a huge help... everyone else, a big no go.

To date, Ive been using this clinic since moving back to FL for a year and a half. My experiences here have been significantly better than the Medical center in San Antonio and DC (although DC is a good VA hospital). With one individual exception, the staff and Drs are very good, especially Audioology and the Green Team.

Wish I could give negative stars honestly. This place is terrible. I expect as a disabled vet to be treated with at least a small amount of respect but at the minimal I will accept being treated at least like a human being. A GREEN team female doctors who I am assigned to could not be bothered by my questions and stared at her iPhone 90%of the appointment time. It took months to get the appointment which was B.S enough so when I was rushed through and not even listened to it was infuriating. At EXACTLY 15 minutes she concluded my visit although I was in the middle of talking and trying to ask questions. She made it apparent that my time was up, like she had a timer on her iPhone rushing patients through. I am having a lot of serious issues with my stomach and can not get the help I need from them so I am trying to save to possibly get help on the civilian side.I am really sadly saying this, but I served my country honorably and love my country very much. I have seen many other Veterans treated the same & its disgusting. I truly feel like the people who work @ these facilities should care more and take more pride in what they do. They are serving their country in a sense as well. They are doing a really awful job. Something needs to be done and taken seriously. 22 a day is the Veteran Suicide Rate.... the health care we receive ( or lack thereof) after we are out along with treatment from some of these employees is a HUGE factor in this number

Not sure about the other reviews but Ive always had good service here. My doctors talk in depth with me about my questions and discuss different medications they prescribe until Im satisfied. Scheduling is easy. I use My HealtheVet online portal for messaging my doctor directly anytime I want and scheduling. Staff have always been helpful even though I can see some of the unfirable government work attitude show sometimes. Theyve never been outright rude or unhelpful. Ive had a better experience here than in the main Orlando Medical Center.

My first three experiences have been very good. The enrollment and subsequent appointments were on time and handled well

Ive been going to the Daytona Beach VA clinic for 7 years. I am usually treated cordially and kindly. I understand that someone may be having a bad day or not feeling well.

The facility needs some brighter colors, a coffee machine, there is a food truck that is there sometimes, but its not always available. The hand held pagers are nice to let you know its your turn.

This is the worst va clinic!!!! Qhen you go to enrollment one of their workers was soooo rude. It takes for ever to get an appointment. They dont like to give you the same medications that your already taking even prescribed by a different va.... they took me off a medication that helped with my disease and now i have been very sick in and outa the hospital thanks for not helping me VA just making me worse

Terrible staff very rude and dont care about anyone, cant even get registered without arguing with 10 different people, been waiting here for hours to get my grandfather in and nobody has been called back I guess itd help to if more than 1 person was working here, maybe Ill get a job here so I can get paid for doing nothing ( literally they just sit at the desk on there phones ) back in ky the VA get you in in less than 15 min or you talk to someone and they make sure they get you back to see the doctor let alone get you a registration paper, pathetic and needs new management
