Dr. Paul did a great job was friendly and helpful. His staff was typically as well however, Ive had severe problems getting simple medical records, call backs, scheduling issues. Ive been asking for the same thing now for weeks, medical restrictions and a return to work note... I was originally very happy with everything but, the inability to provide these crucial details are things that are causing my life to become extremely difficult. These should be the simple steps...

Dr Paul has done two main surgeries for me over the past few years. Both were very successful and I’m very pleased with the results. I moved to Florida a couple years ago and went back to him recently for my latest and largest procedure. It was the right decision. I trusted him and had prior experience. I didn’t want to try to find a new local surgeon and try to regain that trust with someone else. Dr Paul has good bedside manner who is friendly yet direct. He has a good heart and does good things for others. His staff is excellent. Lisa helped make this process a success. All of his staff at all levels did a great job. I highly recommend.

I recently learned about Dr James because he was the on call surgeon when I developed a severe complication and needed emergency surgery. I couldn’t have asked for a better surgeon to perform this procedure. Not only is he fantastic but his staff is phenomenal as well. I felt so genuinely cared for by everyone and the whole experience is one I will always remember. And if I want any future work done he will definitely be my #1 choice!

I was very heavy when I was young. Lost almost 200 lbs. without intervention from the medical community. After I had kept the weight off for 10 years, I decided it was time to remove the excess skin. I asked around and was referred to Dr. Paul. His staff is nice, and he is nice. I wont take that away from them. BUT, I spent a lot of money. A lot. Insurance doesnt cover such an event. And I was VERY let down. I was told once I healed and the swelling went down, that I would be all trim and have some monster abs, and that any revision needing done, Dr. Paul would take care of it (his words). Its been several years, I am covered in huge scars, things I paid to have removed still linger, and I feel I was taken for a ride. As far as his staff, when I asked about revision of scars, and things I paid to have taken off that didnt go away, I was essentially issued a quote for the cost of the additional surgery. A far cry from well take care of any revision. As it stands, I had two rounds of surgery a couple years apart. I still have, in hand, the consent form for the last surgery. Essentially, his office staff wasnt coordinated enough to get my consent for surgery, so I paid for a surgery Im NOT happy with, and it was technically done without my consent. (Obviously I showed up, and had it done, so theres consent there, but... dot the is cross the ts.). I would say if whatever youre wanting done is covered by insurance, by all means, go see Dr. Paul. BUT, if youre paying out of pocket, take the trip to Cali or Florida and have it done there. The experience I had at Dr. Pauls office was incredibly disappointing, a huge blow to my self-esteem from which I will probably never recover, and I still have well into my 40s to pay off a botched surgery. For which they will offer me no understanding, sympathy or remediation.

We were referred by our childs doctor. When I called to ask sum questions the staff and office manager was very rude with me. We will find alternative treatment if needed!
